There’s your fucking skin in the game — lawyers? Scum.

This week at the Department of Justice six attorneys left the Civil Rights Division in protest. They didn’t take a stand; they took a walk. They looked at an immoral order (an order to investigate the grieving widow of Renee Good instead of the ICE agent who shot her wife) and they decided their personal virtue was more important than the job. By quitting, they didn’t slow the machine down. They just removed the speed bumps.

And the machine moves fast. While those attorneys were packing their boxes, the vacuum they left behind was filled by the exact brutality they were too principled to fight. We went from a bureaucratic failure on Tuesday to a six-month-old baby needing CPR & foaming at the mouth from military-grade munitions and chemical agents on Thursday.

Those cunts?

The Supreme Court on Friday took up a bid from Bayer to limit liability for pesticide makers, including Bayer’s Roundup weed killer, which has become the subject of numerous cancer suits.

The court said it would take up the company’s petition, which was backed by the Trump administration.

[Sanders has spoken about his Jewish identity being profoundly influential, stemming from his father’s family’s extermination by Nazis, which fuels his fight against racism and antisemitism, and his belief in universal responsibility to end suffering. . . . The son of Turkish immigrants, Oz was raised in Wilmington, Delaware. A dual citizen of the U.S. and Turkey, Oz completed 60 days of mandatory military training in the Turkish Army during the 1980s

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Friday told Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Mehmet Oz that it is not “cool” that robots are performing ultrasounds in Alabama, after Oz brought up the subject at the White House earlier in the day.

Oz joined President Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to tout rural health in the U.S. Oz said there are no OB-GYNs in most Alabama counties, “so they’re doing something pretty cool. They’re actually having robots do ultrasounds on these pregnant moms.”

Sick Jewish Validation of a Muslim!! By the time I invited Dr. Oz and his family to join us on a trip to Israel in the summer of 2013, he was arguably the most famous Muslim on earth who was not a head of State. He immediately jumped at the chance to visit the Jewish state with us and his visit was a media extravaganza. Everywhere we went we were mobbed by media and large crowds of Israelis of every persuasion who wanted a picture with the celebrity doctor. Israel poured its love out on Dr. Oz and he warmly reciprocated.

We visited Israel’s leading hospitals and medical research facilities. The experts were all blown away by Mehmet’s kaleidoscopic knowledge of his art. He was tinkering with new surgical inventions by Israeli startups, giving them ideas as to how to improve them. He was treated not just as a celebrity but also as a world-class physician whom the hospitals were honored to host and consult regarding cutting-edge care. The visit culminated in a lecture we delivered together at the world-famous Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa that was attended by their leading doctors and researchers.

I asked Dr. Oz if he wanted to go to the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron. I told him he’d get flak from those who hate Israel if he visited Judea and Samaria. He didn’t hesitate. He told me that being at the tomb of Abraham was the privilege of a lifetime. He had no fears about the security situation and the visit to Hebron was unforgettable. Later the same day Dr. Oz joined me in a hora with the Israeli soldiers guarding the tomb in Hebron, a video of which went viral on the internet and sparked much media coverage.

When we came to the tomb of Maimonides in Tiberius the press were there in force. They alighted on the fact that the Rambam, a Jew, had been the personal physician to the world’s greatest Islamic ruler. Now, the world’s most famous physician, who is Muslim, was coming to pay homage to the greatest Jewish doctor of all time.

Mehmet’s love for Israel and the Israeli people and his awe at their accomplishments was evident in every place we visited, from the Golan in the North to Eilat in the South.

The investments, valued at up to $2 million, were detailed in a recent ethics disclosure form that also listed nearly 200 other transactions

A non-Jew? What the fuck? Philip F. Anschutz is one of the wealthiest businessmen in Colorado. As of early 2026, the Bloomberg Billionaires Index estimates his net worth at roughly $24.8 billion, while Forbes puts it at $19.4 billion. Either way, that’s a lot of dough, and with it comes a lot of properties and businesss.

Anschutz keeps a low profile and isn’t prone to slapping his name and face on each of his holdings, unlike some of the ultra-wealthy, including our own president. (In fact, colleagues described him as the “anti-Trump” in years past.) You may recognize his name from the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, renamed in honor of his considerable philanthropy in 2006, but his business interests have almost certainly been part of your life.

Born in 1939 in Russell, Kansas, Anschutz built his initial fortune in oil and gas. After following his father into the energy business, he spent years acquiring drilling rights and mineral leases across the Rocky Mountain West. His defining financial moment came in the 1970s, when he secured major positions in Wyoming oil fields that later proved highly productive. In the early 1980s, he sold a significant portion of those holdings, locking in his first billion.

Everything is for sale under Semen Drip Trump’s Brownshirt Capitalism: National Park Visitors Feel Unsafe As DOI Expands Hunting And Fishing Access. While sportspersons are celebrating the relaxed restrictions, other parkgoers have expressed various concerns, such as the “fear of getting shot by an irresponsible hunter,” according to one Redditor. As of Thursday, ICE was holding about 73,000 individuals facing deportation in its custody across the country, the highest level recorded by the agency and an 84% increase from the same time in 2025, when its detention population hovered below 40,000, the internal statistics show.

The Trump administration has said it is aiming to be able to detain upwards of 100,000 immigration detainees at any given time, as part of its government-wide effort to carry out a deportation crackdown of unprecedented proportions.

Oh, we know the private prison industrial complex is turbo charged under Herr Trump:

This is what white fucking Gestapo Queer looks like: U.S. Customs and Border Protection commissioner Rodney Scott is being blamed for slow progress on construction of a wall along the border with Mexico.

DHS turns on border chief over $2M office renovation plan: Top officials working for Scott, a longtime law enforcement official who came up through the ranks of the U.S. Border Patrol, started drafting a $2.1 million request for the renovation project in September. It included a budget for $299,850 on furniture, $86,733 on “services” related to the furniture and $33,000 on “window treatments, millwork, and equipment” for the 1,100 square-foot commissioner suite, according to the memo. POLITICO obtained a copy of the memo that was approved by DHS acting CFO Holly Mehringer on Nov. 17. Much of the rest of the money was slated for renovations related to mold remediation, improvements to security systems and IT infrastructure, according to the memo.

Quite the lay of the land, no, Axis of Evil, Israel-USA!

Israel appeared to break with the Trump administration on Saturday over the makeup of a key committee to oversee the cease-fire in Gaza, saying it would raise the matter with Washington.

On Friday, the White House announced a “Gaza Executive Board” that would help administer the truce between Israel and Hamas. The members included Ali al-Thawadi, a senior Qatari official, and Hakan Fidan, the Turkish foreign minister, among others. While an Israeli businessman is on the committee, Israeli officials are not on it.

The Israeli prime minister’s office issued a written statement calling the committee “at odds with Israeli policy,” but did not explicitly elaborate on the rationale. But Israeli officials, including Benjamin Netanyahu, the country’s prime minister, have previously voiced fierce opposition to Turkish involvement in postwar Gaza.

Since the war in Gaza, Israel and Turkey have increasingly been at odds. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey’s president, has downgraded ties with Israel, compared Mr. Netanyahu to Adolf Hitler, and praised Hamas.

Oh, yeah, football is on TV today!!! Food aid to war-torn Sudan could run out within months unless hundreds of millions of additional dollars are pledged, the United Nations has warned.

Marking more than 1,000 days of the country’s civil war, the UN’s World Food Programme on Thursday issued a plea for $700m to fund its work in Sudan. The money is needed to prevent what it says is already the world’s worst hunger and displacement crisis from getting worse.

January 8th, an anonymous buyer shelled out $21 million for a 5,000-square-foot luxury penthouse at the swank Summit Club just outside Las Vegas, the most ever paid for a condo in the area. The buyer was longtime Los Angeles billionaire Don Hankey, who tells Forbes exclusively that the reason behind his high-price purchase was California’s new proposed 5% billionaire wealth tax.

“It’s ridiculous,” says Hankey, phoning from his new digs in the Silver State. “We’ve already lost a lot of wealthy people and a lot of good companies that have been moving out of California. This is just going to continue the trend.”

Goddamn worthless whore. And we have the ZioAzovNazi flag next to the Axis of Evil FLag. US Democratic senator Shaheen also has this theory on why Trump turned his attention to Greenland:

A part of me is not sure how much of this is a distraction, to try and take the attention of the American people away from some very real issues that we have in the United States right now.

The cost of living is a real concern for Americans [and] Donald Trump got elected saying he was going to address the cost of living.

He was going to address domestic issues, he was going to end forever wars, and he’s not done any of that, so people are frustrated with him.

Also, as you may have followed the Epstein files, the paedophile in the US, it’s been quite an issue, particularly in the Republican Party and among Donald Trump’s followers.

And you know, Trump is a master of having a problem over here and saying, ‘Oh no, don’t pay attention to this problem. Look over here at this shiny object that I want people to focus on’.

And so I don’t know, who knows what [he thinks], it’s hard to know what Donald Trump’s real motivation is, but I do think there is some of that going on in terms of the focus on Greenland.”

Trump watches US polls and Americans oppose use of force in Greenland, senator says

Shaheen then strikes a slightly more optimistic tone as she says:

“I believe saner heads will prevail.

I believe that because we have institutions that are acting in the United States, on both sides of the aisle in Congress, there is overwhelming support for our relationship for Nato and among the American people.

I don’t know if you all saw the recent poll that showed that 86% of Americans said they would oppose the use of military force in Greenland. And while the President doesn’t listen much to Democrats in Congress, he does watch the polls in the United States.”

She says that is particularly important given it’s an election year in the US, with the poll “acting as a disincentive for members of Congress” to back Trump on Greenland.

“The conventional wisdom – knock on wood as a Democrat – is that Congress is going to flip to Democratic hands, and that that will have a check on what the President does,” she says.

But she more broadly warns against “the idea of a world where we have no alliances, where we have abrogated the international world order” as she says it would be “not safe.”

It’s not safe for Americans. It’s not safe for Danes and the only people who benefit from that sort of world are the autocrats in Moscow and Beijing and other autocrats around the world.”

Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation ended a nearly $30 million federal contract signed in October to come up with an early design for immigrant detention centers across the U.S, after the deal was derided online as “disgusting” and “cruel” by tribe members. Many questioned how a tribe whose own ancestors were uprooted two centuries ago from the Great Lakes region and corralled on a reservation south of Topeka could participate in the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts.

Fucking tribes are investing in ICE, in detention Black Sites?

Last year, Navajo Nation President Buu Nygren said that several tribal citizens reported being stopped and detained by ICE officers in Arizona and New Mexico. He and other tribal leaders have advised their members to carry tribal IDs with them at all times.

Last November, Elaine Miles, a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Oregon and an actress known for her roles in “Northern Exposure” and “The Last of Us,” said she was stopped by ICE officers in Washington state who told her that her tribal ID looked fake.

A member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in Arizona was arrested in Iowa in November and was mistakenly slated to be turned over the ICE before the error was caught and she was released, according to local media reports.

There is a history of tension between the Oglala Sioux and DHS that dates back to when Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was governor of South Dakota. In 2024, Star Comes Out banned Noem from the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota after Noem said — without evidence — that cartels were infiltrating reservations in the state.

During her time as governor, Noem was banned from most of the nine reservations in South Dakota.

Noem told federal lawmakers that a gang calling itself the Ghost Dancers was affiliated with drug cartels and was committing murder on the Pine Ridge Reservation.

Star Comes Out said at the time that he took deep offense at her reference, saying the Ghost Dance is one of the Oglala Sioux’s “most sacred ceremonies,” and was used by Noem “with blatant disrespect and is insulting to our Oyate,” using the Lakota word for “people” or “nation.”

At the time Noem said Star Comes Out’s decision was “unfortunate” and that her focus was on working together.

The controversy between the Oglala Sioux Tribe and ICE comes as some Native American tribes with contracts with Homeland Security are rethinking those agreements.

A tribal business entity associated with the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation ended a nearly $30 million federal contract signed in October to come up with an early design for immigrant detention centers across the U.S, after the deal was derided online as “disgusting” and “cruel” by tribe members. Many questioned how a tribe whose own ancestors were uprooted two centuries ago from the Great Lakes region and corralled on a reservation south of Topeka could participate in the Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts.

In Alaska, Indigenous shareholders penned an op-ed in the Anchorage Daily News advocating that the Bering Straits Native Corporation — owned by thousands of Native American shareholders in Alaska — divest from all immigration detention centers across the country.

The China Select Committee is launching an investigation into universities that partner with a Chinese scholarship fund, raising alarm over what lawmakers describe as a covert pipeline for Beijing to gain access to sensitive American research and technology.

This week, the committee is sending formal oversight letters to a group of major universities, including Dartmouth, Notre Dame, Temple University, University of Tennessee and several campuses within the University of California system, demanding answers about their involvement in PRC’s China Scholarship Council (CSC).

The letters, first obtained by Fox News Digital, mark the latest escalation in Congress’s efforts to confront what the Committee calls “systemic CCP infiltration” in U.S. academia.

If you don’t believe these two idiots deserve machetes to their fucking smiling faces, then you are the Anti-Woke Woke: California’s proposed wealth tax aims to go after billionaires’ balance sheets, but it largely sidesteps the way many ultrawealthy people actually generate spendable cash: they borrow against their assets, tax‑free, and never “realize” income in the first place. As long as that borrowing model stays intact, a one‑time levy on wealth may raise money once, but it does little to change the system that lets cash‑poor billionaires live richly while reporting very little taxable income.

We are led by deadened minds: Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, 85, is heading for the exits after nearly four decades in Congress. So is her longtime deputy, Rep. Steny Hoyer, 86, and former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, 83.

Oh, the Press. ‘Tip of the iceberg’: The FBI search of a reporter’s home has newsrooms bracing for more. This week, the Justice Department took the extraordinary step of obtaining a search warrant for Washington Post reporter Hannah Natanson’s home. FBI agents arrived early on Wednesday and seized Natanson’s phone, two computers and her Garmin watch.

Inside the Washington Post newsroom, the impact was immediate.

On Wednesday night, Bondi alleged on Fox News that Natanson’s devices “contain classified material regarding our foreign adversaries, and that’s what we’re looking into now.”

The search warrant said the raid was connected to the case of a Maryland contractor who was charged last week with illegally retaining classified records. The Justice Department alleged that the contractor accessed a top-secret intelligence report related to an unnamed foreign country.

Courts have repeatedly upheld the rights of journalists to obtain and report on leaked documents, even highly classified ones.

But “in modern times, everything about the Espionage Act when it comes to treatment of the press has been based on norms and policy, not law,” national security attorney Mark Zaid told CNN.

Now that’s a face of a pedophile I’d like to shoot off a few dozen Big Bertha rockets into. On Wednesday, President Donald Trump signed a bill that allows schools participating in the National School Lunch Program to serve whole and 2% milk alongside fat-free and low-fat versions.

The move comes a week after the US Department of Health and Human Services released new US dietary guidelines that highlight whole-fat dairy products, a recommendation that has received mixed reviews from nutritionists and medical experts.

The new legislation, which passed Congress last year by unanimous consent, rolls back US Department of Agriculture rules approved by the Obama administration that required milk served in schools to be fat-free or low-fat, part of efforts to fight the childhood obesity epidemic. The new law also allows nondairy beverages that are “nutritionally equivalent” to fluid milk to be offered, such as fortified plant-based milks.

Inside Gaza’s Medical Emergency

It’s time to break these glass ceilings of Jewish feelings

Iman

Dec 29, 2025

a man in a jumpsuit is smashing the glass of a black car door

Since October 7th and perhaps from the inception of Jewish supremacy in the levant, almost every intervention made by Jewish anti Zionists on the Western left has corroded the movement not strengthened it. These figures like the JVP, Jewish Currents, Jews Against Social Economic Injustice, and 99.9% of anti Zionist Jews at large position themselves as moral custodians of acceptable discourse. Token schoolmarms chiding everyone that a particular word, phrase, or framing carries historical baggage, resembles something once said by a white supremacist, or simply makes them uncomfortable.

What makes this fixation intolerable is the context in which it unfolds. An ongoing “Final Solution”, one in which entire Palestinian lineages are annihilated in real time, half of them children. Tone and wording being treated as urgent moral crises is not merely absurd, it is obscene in the face of Palestinian blood. After more than a century of dispossession and three years of intensified destruction, demanding that Palestinians and their allies prioritize Jewish comfort over Palestinian survival represents a profound moral inversion. It reverses the reality of victim and offender.

Israel has flattened entire neighborhoods and erased generations, yet our Jewish allies continue to center language, optics, and propriety. In doing so, they make genocide secondary to the management of discourse. The result is a political culture in which fear of being labeled “anti-Semitic” or “extreme” outweighs concern for human beings being exterminated before our eyes.

Jewishness nominally a religion, in Israel an ethnicity is the central identity at the heart of the Israeli project in Palestine, both in its raison d’etre and modus operandi via Jewish settlement. Being Jewish regrettably has to be treated as a potential source of threat and cooption in the Palestine solidarity movement, and understood and screened accordingly. Anything less than this vigilance represents a clear risk to the ultimate aims of the movement. The Jewish people most effective in their work for Palestine have retired their Jewish identity from their public identity. Anti Zionist Jews are often treated as token arbiters who determine whether critiques are acceptable or labeled antisemitic. This is utterly absurd, consider the historical parallel with Jews and Nazis. No one would suggest that “good Germans” could police Jewish opinion on the Holocaust. The comparison makes clear just how illogical and inappropriate the current arrangement is. In practice, Palestinian voices and analyses are subordinated to the comfort and validation of those whose political project is directly responsible for the violence being resisted.

Jewish and western anti Zionists who claim to support Palestinian liberation should be using their voices exclusively to confront the institutions, communities, and power structures that sustain Israeli state violence; namely their synagogues, institutions against ”anti-Semitism” and the like. But Palestinian solidarity spaces are repeatedly redirected away from confronting Zionism and its Jewish supremacy as a political project and toward accommodating Jewish sensibilities. This dynamic is not accidental. It is produced and maintained through a set of recurring mechanisms that structure the limits of permissible solidarity.

Within Western Palestinian solidarity movements, three interrelated phenomena illustrate how this containment operates.

Authority laundering

The first phenomenon is best understood as authority laundering. This occurs when individuals who have been embedded within Israeli state or military institutions are repositioned as uniquely credible critics of Israeli violence. Their proximity to power is reframed as insight, and their participation in systems of occupation and killing is treated not as disqualifying, but as a source of moral authority. Some great examples of such are Rebecca Vilkomerson, Arielle Angel, Peter Beinart, Yoav Litvin and Shaiel Ben Ephram.

This laundering centers voices within so called “anti Zionist” Jewish institutions; critique is redirected away from structural analysis and toward narratives of personal regret, tragic miscalculation, or reformist correction. Violence is framed as an error not the logical outcome of an ideological and material project. Jewish Zionism or Judeo Nazism itself is shielded from being named as the direct driving force behind Palestinian annihilation.

Supporters of this practice often claim that such figures help “humanise” the issue or persuade mainstream audiences. This rationale exposes the underlying hierarchy: credibility is granted not on the basis of truth or accountability, but on proximity to power. Palestinian analysis is displaced by voices more palatable to Western institutions. Radical critique is neutralized under the guise of balance.

Linguistic containment

Linguistic containment, the second phenomenon, is closely linked to authority laundering. Linguistic containment subjects discourse to relentless policing in the name of civility, precision, or ethical responsibility. Example of this is the care with which everyone must define Jews as eternal victims of white supremacy or the insistence to infantalise them as unintendingly innocent IOF operatives (to loosely quote Peter Beinart who said IOF soldiers are not monsters but the children of his friends). Language that explicitly identifies Jewish supremacy, settler colonial logic, or ideological intent as drivers of Palestinian destruction is treated as excessive, dangerous, or morally suspect.

This obsession with wording does not clarify reality; it muddles it. By narrowing the range of acceptable language, linguistic containment restricts not only expression but political imagination itself. Structural violence is abstracted, agency is diffused, and responsibility is obscured behind euphemism. Conversations that should focus on siege, bombardment, displacement, and mass death are instead diverted into debates over tone.

Defenders of this approach argue that careful language preserves coalition building and prevents harm. In practice, however, linguistic containment ensures that outrage never matures into structural indictment. The critique remains symbolic, disciplined, and ultimately non-threatening to the Jewish institutions like Chabad, Hillel, ADL perpetuating the violence.

The enforcement arm aka Jew worshippers aka unpaid philosemitic shields

The third phenomenon is the enforcement arm created by an almost mandatory esteem for Jewish culture and people in the West, whereby Jewish identity becomes synonymous with victimhood or virtue (Nobel prizes! High IQs!), while attaching negative characteristics or behaviour to the identity or community, despite its formulation around Zionism, is regarded problematic. Some accept “philosemitism” as a legitimate term for this concept, while the more accurate term Jew worship, is regarded as problematic. Effective language is confronted forcefully, while inaccessible academic language is encouraged to sustain authority laundering and linguistic containment. “Goyim”, pseudo radicals function as volunteers, intervening to police speech, shield Jews from harsh characterisation, and enforce the boundaries of acceptable critique. This intervention is often framed as neutrality or opposition to bigotry, but its effect is the preservation of asymmetric power.

This enforcement reveals a stark double standard. Palestinians are subjected to collective punishment, surveillance, and mass killing, while those implicated in the machinery of that violence are afforded infinite interpretive charity. Demands for nuance and restraint flow in only one direction. This pattern mirrors earlier political moments, most notably the post 9/11 era, when Muslims were collectively blamed and dehumanized for crimes they did not commit, while state violence was endlessly contextualized and excused.

By prioritizing the management of speech over the confrontation of power, the enforcement arm transforms solidarity into a form of moral supervision. Clarity is penalized, caution is rewarded, and movements are rendered incapable of escalating beyond symbolic dissent.

What this produces

These three phenomena do not merely shape discourse; they structure the limits of solidarity itself. Authority laundering determines who is recognized as legitimate. Linguistic containment determines what may be said. Enforcement ensures compliance. The cumulative effect is a political environment where Palestinian suffering is acknowledged rhetorically but insulated from any analysis capable of threatening the institutions responsible for it.

This dynamic helps explain why Palestinian liberation is so often affirmed in principle yet endlessly deferred in practice. Any movement unwilling to interrogate these internal mechanisms risks reproducing the very hierarchies it claims to oppose, protecting Jewish power while managing, rather than confronting, Palestinian annihilation.

This is not allyship; it’s cowardice

What ultimately stands revealed is not merely a failure of discourse, but a failure of political courage. A solidarity movement that allows its language, leadership, and limits to be shaped by proximity to power cannot hope to dismantle that power. When authority is laundered, speech is contained, and enforcement is outsourced to Jews and their multiplying Jew worshiping gatekeepers, Palestinian liberation is transformed from an urgent material demand into a managed ethical posture: solidarity as administration. If Palestinian lives are to matter beyond symbolic acknowledgment, then the movement must be willing to forgo respectability, abandon the comfort of sanctioned critique, and name the structures responsible for destruction without deference or fear. Anything less ensures that genocide is endlessly debated, carefully worded, and politely condemned, while continuing, uninterrupted, in plain sight.

As always I do not accept any kind of monetary tips or tokens and I am chronically opposed to profiteering of the genocide of my Palestinian siblings. I do however want your every extra dime for life saving operations like the Sameer Project and Gaza Funds.

Finally, Iran, and the great Satan, AmeriKKKa, left and right of their manure piles: The reactions to the protests in Iran have been insufferable.

Predictably from the right, but also from the left. And often they’ve been indistinguishable.

I watched a viral Instagram video by a western comedian leftist influencer who ‘explained’ what was happening in Iran by repeating CIA/Mossad/MI6 talking points about the ‘regime.’

Owen Jones wrote a Guardian article reproducing the same western security service talking points about the ‘barbarous regime.’ (One pro-regime change Guardian journalist incidentally, has written 19 articles in 16 days for the paper.)

Multimillionaire leftist streamer Hasan Piker said the US should lift sanctions on the condition of elections in Iran.

The right were more inclined to also demand the bombing of Iran. But on the evilness of the ‘regime,’ (a manipulation of language never applied to one-party states aligned with western imperialism), well, everyone was on board.

The only distinguishing feature was the leftist invocation to stand with the protestors and against Trump. This was presented by people like Owen Jones as the goldilocks position, the product of the virtuous, compassionate, rapier-sharp mind.

The drivel from the right wasn’t surprising and can be dismissed, but the drivel from the left, and the overlap therein, needs to be examined.

Finally, ICE agents set to do Pap smears and rectal examines:

Health care workers in the Twin Cities report that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are entering hospitals with detained individuals, sometimes with warrants and sometimes without, and they are frequently present during patient care.

Their presence is terrifying medical staff and raising concerns about patient safety, according to five nurses at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis who asked to remain anonymous for fear of losing their jobs.

She signed up to fight the war on terror? It always amazes me how these folk actually believed that Bush Lie, and two tours, no, and now she’s a celebrity.

Oh, darn, pointing the barrel at the Gestapo. Whoops:

ICE Barbie Kristi Noem Mocked for Pointing Gun at Officer's Head

Well, guns for hire: Kristi Noem is so incompetent that she pointed a firearm at the head of one of her own ICE agents during a photoshoot. She wanted to come across as ‘sexy and strong’ and simply ended up looking like the complete fool that she really is

And forget about MAGA this and MAGA that. These Republicans, before and after MAGA, are deeply disturbed and cheer on more deaths and maiming by Gestapo:

Guardian headline: GOP gives ICE massive budget increase to expand Trump's deportation effort

Oh, so I am getting this in my emails: “Deportation Industrial Complex”

But it really goes deeper than that:

How serious? U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly (D-Illinois) on Wednesday formally introduced articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, accusing her of obstructing congressional oversight of immigration enforcement efforts and abusing her position for personal gain.

“Secretary Noem has called my impeachment effort ‘silly.’ I want to tell her right now: Secretary Noem, you have violated your oath of office and there will be consequences,” Kelly said Wednesday at a press conference on Capitol Hill. “I am watching you. Members of Congress are watching you. The American people are watching you. And most of all, we are not liking what we are seeing. If you believe impeachment is ‘silly,’ then you are not taking your job or our Constitution seriously.”

Kelly said she filed three articles of impeachment against Noem.

Democratic Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado has been contacted by the Justice Department about a video he and a group of lawmakers recorded that urged U.S. service members to refuse illegal orders, marking the latest escalation in the Trump administration’s efforts against the Democrats.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, led by Jeanine Pirro, has requested to interview Crow about the video, which was released in November. Crow appeared in the video alongside five other lawmakers, who all have experience serving in the military or intelligence community.

“Donald Trump called for my arrest, prosecution, and execution — all because I said something he didn’t like. Now he’s pressuring his political appointees to harass me for daring to speak up and hold him accountable,” Crow said in a statement. “I won’t be intimidated and will keep fighting to uphold my oath to the Constitution and defend our country.”

Crow, a former Army Ranger, told reporters on Capitol Hill that the Trump administration is weaponizing the Justice Department “to try to silence their political opponents and suppress dissent.”

“But we are members of Congress. We will do our duty. We took an oath to this country to enforce the law, and that is exactly what we are going to do, and we will not allow any president to intimidate us and threaten us and dissuade us from performing our duty and fulfilling our oath,” he said.

The Congressional Budget Office estimates it will cost taxpayers anywhere from $10 million to $125 million for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to rebrand the Defense Department as the “Department of War” — a number that would grow to “hundreds of millions” if it became official.

The range is the first government cost estimate since President Donald Trump announced last fall that he wanted to “restore” the name of the Defense Department to the War Department.

Only Congress can change the name of a federal agency, so Trump last September signed an executive order calling for the new name to be used as a “secondary title,” or essentially a nickname for the sprawling department.

“Costs would be at least a few million dollars if DoD phased in a minimal implementation, but they could be as large as $125 million if the name change was implemented broadly and rapidly throughout the department,” the CBO wrote. “A statutory renaming could cost hundreds of millions of dollars depending on how Congress and DoD chose to implement the change.”

MAGA — Make America Gag Again:

Some employees were brought back last year amid legal challenges and political pressure, including those who staffed a health monitoring program for miners in West Virginia. But now all the terminations have been rescinded, according to the American Federation of Government Employees, which represents workers at NIOSH and parts of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“The administration’s attempt to lay off nearly every NIOSH worker was shameful and illegal, considering that much of NIOSH’s work is required by law,” AFGE national president Everett Kelley said in a statement.

A U.S. Department of Health and Human Services spokesman on Wednesday confirmed that laid-off NIOSH employees were being reinstated.

“The Trump Administration is committed to protecting essential services — whether it’s supporting coal miners and firefighters through NIOSH, safeguarding public health through lead prevention, or researching and tracking the most prevalent communicable diseases,” spokesman Andrew Nixon said in a statement.

Nixon did not respond to questions about how many workers were being reinstated, why the workers were laid off or why HHS decided to rescind the layoffs. It’s unclear how many of the laid-off NIOSH workers have taken other jobs or decided to retire and won’t be returning, officials said.

It’s likely that many have moved on and won’t be returning, said Michael Barasch, an attorney who represents 9/11 survivors and their families. He has helped clients enroll in the NIOSH World Trade Center Health Program that provides medical monitoring and treatment.

He described the NIOSH layoffs and their impact as “horrifying.” More agency workers may be coming back now, but the layoffs last year delayed diagnosis and treatment and it’s likely that “people died because of these cuts,” he said.

Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., said she’s being investigated by federal prosecutors after she participated in a video with other Democratic lawmakers urging members of the military and the intelligence community not to follow illegal orders.

Slotkin said in a video statement Wednesday that she found out about the probe last week from the office of “former Fox host” Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, who asked to interview her “because of” the 90-second video.

“To be clear, this is the president’s playbook. Truth doesn’t matter, facts don’t matter, and anyone who disagrees with him becomes an enemy. And he then weaponizes the federal government against them,” Slotkin said. “It’s legal intimidation and physical intimidation meant to get you to shut up.”

“No, I’m not going to do that because this president does not represent the views of a majority of Americans. Even if you voted for him, I do not believe that his vision of America is shared by a majority of Americans,” she added. “This country is worth fighting for.”

Enemies with a list?

The House oversight committee will move to hold Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress, its Republican chair James Comer said on Wednesday, after the former first lady joined her husband Bill Clinton in refusing to comply with a subpoena for testimony regarding the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

The announcement came a day after the Clintons said they would not honor subpoenas from the investigative panel to discuss Epstein, a former friend of the ex-president, who died in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.

“Former secretary of state Hillary Clinton joined her husband in defying a bipartisan, lawful congressional subpoena to show up today,” Comer told reporters on Wednesday morning, after the deadline for Hillary Clinton to appear passed.

Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, flanked by his Greenlandic counterpart Vivian Motzfeldt, said Wednesday that a “fundamental disagreement” over Greenland remains with Trump after they held highly anticipated talks at the White House with Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Ahh, which enemies are on that list? Block academics from coming to USA, but not these “workers.” … US bishops praise DHS policy change on wait times for religious worker visas

Now, while these workers will still need to depart the US after completing five years, they can apply to return immediately without waiting for a year abroad.

“We are taking the necessary steps to ensure religious organizations can continue delivering the services that Americans depend on,” the DHS statement said. “Pastors, priests, nuns, and rabbis are essential to the social and moral fabric of America.”

1. Targeted Proclamations (China-Specific)

  • Proclamation 10043: This policy, established in 2020 and maintained by subsequent administrations, bars Chinese graduate students and researchers with ties to institutions supporting China’s “military-civil fusion” strategy.
  • Impact: Approximately 3,000 to 5,000 individuals are estimated to be blocked annually.
  • Revocations: At least 1,000 visas were revoked shortly after the proclamation’s inception.

2. Broad National Travel Bans (19-39 Countries)

Recent executive actions have significantly expanded the number of countries subject to travel restrictions, impacting thousands of prospective students and researchers:

  • June 2025 Proclamation: Restricted entry from 19 countries, putting approximately 19,000 international students at risk.
  • December 2025 Expansion: The ban was expanded to include 39 countries (including Nigeria and Syria), further restricting F and J visas commonly used by short-term college instructors and researchers.
  • Total Blockage: One proclamation alone was set to block more than 10,000 foreign students and institutional researchers for the fall 2025 semester.

3. Rising General Visa Denials

Beyond specific bans, general visa refusal rates for academic pursuits have hit record highs:

  • Record Denials: In 2024, consular officers denied a record 278,553 student visas—a 41% rejection rate.
  • Recent Revocations: As of January 2026, the State Department reported revoking over 8,000 student visas and 2,500 specialized visas due to criminal activity or law enforcement encounters.
  • Enrollment Decline: New international student enrollment fell by 17% for the fall 2025 semester, largely attributed to these tightening visa restrictions

Hundreds of students and recent graduates have seen their United States visas revoked by immigration officials since President Donald Trump took office for a second time on January 20, and several have also been arrested.

Many of the targets of the visa revocations and arrests are students who participated in pro-Palestine protests that erupted on campuses across the country in 2024 during Israel’s war on Gaza. Others are individuals with more indirect links to Palestine or those who have shown support for Gaza on social media.

The Trump administration alleges that these students spread anti-Semitism and pro-Hamas sentiment on campus – a claim students, lawyers and activists have all rebutted. Jewish activists and groups have been at the forefront of many of the most prominent protests in the US against the Gaza war.

Others have had their visas cancelled after minor legal infractions – a speeding ticket or other traffic violations, for instance.

“Winter Cold and Collapsing Buildings Kill Palestinians in Gaza as Israel Blocks Shelter Supplies”

This will get you banned in the USA: Why Renee Good’s Killing Reminds Me of Martin Niemoeller’s ‘First They Came’ Poem

In 1976, German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemoeller, whose (albeit late) opposition to the Nazi regime landed him in Hitler’s concentration camps, gave a sermon in the city of Kaiserslautern after which there was a discussion with the congregation.

Among other things, he was asked why ordinary people did not wake up to what was happening around them after the anti-Jewish Kristallnacht pogroms of 1938.

Niemoeller’s confession would later gain prominence in the Anglosphere as the “First They Came” poem:

When the Nazis came for the communists, I kept quiet; I wasn’t a communist.

When they came for the trade unionists, I kept quiet; I wasn’t a trade unionist.

When they locked up the social democrats, I kept quiet; I wasn’t a social democrat.

When they came for me, there was no one left to protest.

The execution-style homicide of Renee Good, a 37-year-old white woman and US citizen in Minneapolis by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jonathan Ross, has reminded me of Niemoeller’s cautionary tale.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) office located within the U.S. Embassy Branch Office Tel Aviv at 71 HaYarkon Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, 6343229, Israel.

Across the U.S., ICE raids are ramping up again, tearing families apart, terrorising communities, and spreading fear among immigrants and refugees. At the same time, in Gaza, Israel’s ongoing g3n0cid3 continues despite “ceasefire” headlines, sustained by billions in U.S. aid and unwavering political cover.

These two realities are not separate. They are part of the same system of militarised control: one that sees certain lives as disposable, borders as weapons, and surveillance as safety. The collaboration between the U.S. and Israel extends far beyond foreign policy.

It’s an exchange of tactics, technologies, and ideologies that return home to criminalise, deport, and surveil Black and Brown communities in Turtle Island. What’s being tested on Palestinians under occupation and genocide is being imported into U.S. neighbourhoods—from the drones over Gaza to the ones patrolling the Rio Grande; from the checkpoints in Hebron to ICE raids in Chicago.

From Gaza to North America to London, the same logic of control drives state violence: profiling, surveillance, and punishment for being poor, Muslim, Black, Brown, undocumented, or unafraid to resist. ICE’s raids and Israel’s bombs are two expressions of one system: one that criminalises survival and calls it “security”. But solidarity disrupts that system. Every act of care, protection, and defiance sows a counter-architecture: one rooted in freedom, not fear. As we unmask these connections, we reclaim our power to imagine a world without cages or occupation, where liberation in Palestine and justice in Chicago rise together.

Fortunately, those two or three are generally quickly replaced by three or four others who are not afraid to confront this highly disturbing reality.

The whole point of me (and others) pointing all this out is so that we can get together to do something about it.

We need to get under way a massive resistance movement against the evil little cabal that has somehow gained control over our world.

But how will we come together to resist its domination? What will be the metaphorical flag under which we launch our assault on the global tyranny?

The open letter condemned the board’s decision on Abdel-Fattah and challenged the SA government to appoint people with arts expertise to the board of one of Australia’s most internationally renowned cultural events.

“We note there are currently none,” the open letter said.

On Tuesday Abdel-Fattah called Adler’s resignation “a tragedy”, telling ABC Radio Adelaide that Adler was “one of the most incredible directors and icons in Australia’s cultural history”.

“What we have now is Louise Adler, a Jewish woman, an anti-Zionist Jewish woman, who has had to resign and step down from this festival,” she said. “It really shows you that in this moment her identity as a Jewish woman has been erased and this is an attack on me as a Palestinian and Louise Adler as an anti-Zionist Jewish woman.”

Abdel-Fattah rejected any suggestion she had made antisemitic comments in the past. “I have never, ever called for Jews to be unsafe,” she said, adding: “Zionism is not a racial or religious identity, it is a political ideology.”

In 2023 Adler was criticised for programming multiple Palestinian writers at AWW but argued that all authors had been invited based on their books, not their political opinions.

“People are free to deeply object,” she told Guardian Australia after AWW finished that year. “They don’t have to come. Or come, and you don’t need to agree with what people think.

Not sure what Judaism is, then:

Adler pointed out in her resignation column that, in contrast to his 2023 position, the premier had publicly backed the decision to axe Abdel-Fattah. Malinauskas has denied he put any pressure on the festival board to withdraw the academic’s 2026 invitation.

A former publisher and the Jewish daughter of Holocaust survivors, Adler has been a consistent defender of free speech, the right to criticise Israel and the right of Palestinians to speak freely, as other Australian arts leaders have wavered.

She is on the advisory committee of the Jewish Council of Australia. She is also a former editor of Australian Book Review, a former arts editor for the Age, a former presenter of ABC Radio National’s Arts Today program and a former president of the Australian Publishers Association. She has also worked as a publisher-at-large at Hachette and as the chief executive of Melbourne University Press.

Adler’s paternal grandfather was murdered in Auschwitz-Birkenau. Her father joined the communist resistance in Paris aged 14, while her mother fled Nazi Germany with her parents in 1939, as their extended family was murdered by the Nazis.

Born in Melbourne, Adler studied in Israel, the UK and the US, where she was a postgraduate student of the Palestinian American academic Edward Said.

Speaking on the ABC’s 7.30 in 2023, Adler recalled being summoned to a private meeting with an Israeli ambassador in the 2000s after she reviewed Said’s memoirs and being ordered to “not air Israel’s dirty linen in public”.

“That was one of my early experiences of being told that we don’t talk about our criticism of Israel in the public sphere,” she said.

But, she said, her family’s history had inspired her stance on Palestine. “It is important and it is vital for us to not look away,” she said. “We all have a choice. The world looked away during the second world war and the Jews, six million of our people, were murdered in that looking away.

“And that it is incumbent upon humanity to look at what is happening in Gaza now and to say, ‘We will not accept this. We will say no, not in our name.’”

Back to Paul Cudenec:

I suspect that what most of us will find there is a set of principles that looks something like this:

  • All human beings are born free and equal regardless of our ethnicity or religion. There is no such thing as a “chosen people”, no such thing as “inferior” or “superior” groups. Individuals should be judged on their own actions and words, not on some projected collective identity, whether of “victimhood” or “guilt”.
  • People are not possessions, products or a means for increasing one’s own power or wealth. They all deserve respect and consideration, not contempt and exploitation.
  • The purpose of life is not to accumulate wealth and power at the expense of others. It is unhealthy and destructive for an individual to be motivated by this aim and disastrous for a society to be controlled by those with this mindset.
  • A sane and simple life based on love and mutual aid is far preferable to an atomised existence based on an addiction to novelty, status and superficial stimulation.
  • Nature is divinity made manifest in our world and should always be considered sacred. Our aim should be to live in harmony with it, to be grateful for the way it feeds and sustains us. Destroying the natural world out of blinkered and psychotic greed is to destroy our own life-support system.
  • Real “progress” for humankind would involve healing the intergenerational wounds that pollute our relationships and our lives, learning how to respect and cherish each other, aspiring to overcome our selfish egos, to live honestly and courageously with dignity and quiet strength.
  • The history and heritage of every people is important and should be celebrated and preserved, rather than bulldozed out of the way in a rush for the “modernisation” and standardisation required for top-down global control.
  • Authentic culture is alive – it comes from below, from us, from our exchanges, interactions, feelings, memories and dreams. “Culture” manufactured as a product and shoved down our throats by the system in order to fleece us and to shape us is nothing but anti-culture.
  • People and communities have their own innate and inherited codes of values that are most appropriate for their way of being and relating to the world. It is a crime to impose alien codes and laws on other people.
  • The only valid kind of authority is that earned by trust. The only valid kind of “leaders” are those who lead by example and who selflessly put themselves at the service of the community to which they belong. Authority imposed from above, and particularly from outside the community and in the interests of another group, is not morally legitimate.
  • Any authority should always be devolved to the lowest possible level so that it is based on consent. The idea of a World State imposing its Law on the whole of humankind represents the exact opposite of that principle and must be resisted at all costs.
  • Imposing authority by violence will always be wrong because it means there is no consent for that authority. It is a criminal act committed against free people.
  • Humans are living beings like all other creatures in this world. To force us into a “scientifically-organised” system is to do violence to us and to prevent us from reaching our potential. Our thoughts and behaviour must be allowed to flourish naturally, in the context of the customs and values of the communities to which we belong.
  • The land belongs to nobody – we belong to the land. Every human being has a right to live freely on and from the land and nobody can legitimately deny that right to another person or group.
  • Lying, cheating, blackmailing and gaslighting are morally wrong and not ways of behaving that a normal person’s conscience could allow.
  • Creating money out of thin air, lending it out with interest and using that ill-gotten wealth to control people and society is a serious criminal offence.
  • Deliberately orchestrating a war so as to profit financially and increase your control over society is a crime against humanity.
  • Raping, torturing or murdering children is totally unacceptable and those committing, commissioning or covering up such vile crimes can never have any place in our societies.

An ICE badge is on the waist of someone wearing a very sloppily tucked-in gray athletic tee and baggy black pants.

Fucking pathetic: The Oglala Sioux Tribe is still trying to locate four members kidnapped by ICE agents in Minneapolis last week, and many Native people in the Twin Cities have felt scared to leave the house to go to work or get groceries.

Tribal leaders say ICE is detaining American Indians during immigration sweeps

Part of THAT plan: The current U.S. strategy reflects a calculated lesson: when coups and direct interventions fail, long-term destabilization becomes the primary instrument of influence.

By controlling narratives, circulating contested claims, and subtly encouraging unrest, Washington aims to shape Iran’s trajectory indirectly.

Yet history reminds us that persistence does not guarantee success. Iran’s resilience, coupled with its ability to adapt and absorb pressure, ensures that this strategy is a slow, uncertain gamble rather than a guaranteed path to regime change.

The cunt said? Trump: “We are coming in. We will take names down. We will MIGA for sure. Make Iran Great Again”:

The Israeli spying and assassination agency known as Mossad issued a message from its official Farsi language account on Twitter/X urging Iranians to escalate their regime change activities, pledging that it would be supporting them on the ground.

“Go out together into the streets. The time has come,” Mossad instructed Iranians. “We are with you. Not only from a distance and verbally. We are with you in the field.”

The Unacceptable Face of Protests In Iran (And Elsewhere)

There is an acceptable face of protest in Iran, in Venezuela and the myriad other countries marked for western regime change, and there is an unacceptable face.

You, as a consumer of western media, will always see the acceptable face.

You should know what I’m talking about, because we’ve been fed a continual stream of this acceptable face from Iran over the last few days. The people protesting in opposition to the Iranian government, the people chanting anti-government slogans, the people burning pictures of Iranian leaders.

Conversely, you, as a consumer of western media, will never see the unacceptable face.

You will never see the pro-government protests, the people chanting in support of their governments and against imperialism, the people burning pictures of the exiled national elites who claim to be the rightful leaders of the country.

You will never see the huge marches in cities across Iran defending the government and the revolution.

You will never see images of the young women burning pictures of Reza Pahlavi, the exiled prince and son of the corrupt Shah who was overthrown by the revolution but claims himself to be the saviour of the country.

You will never see images of the young woman calling Reza Pahlavi “a dog who we kicked out of Iran and must never return.”

EPA No Longer Considering Lives Saved in Pollution Rules, Only Cost to Business

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is now only counting costs to businesses when considering regulation on key pollutants, internal documents show, rather than considering human lives saved by such caps.

For the first time in decades of the practice, The New York Times reports, the EPA will effectively set the cost of a human life at $0 when doing cost-benefit analysis for fine particulate matter (PM2.5) or ozone pollution — two air pollutants that can cause lifelong respiratory issues and are estimated to cause tens of thousands of premature deaths every year in the U.S.

United States | PUREWILAYAH.COM — Anger and condemnation erupted on the red carpet of the Golden Globe Awards as Hollywood figures openly denounced President Donald Trump and US immigration authorities following the fatal shootings of American civilians by ICE agents.

Actors and comedians, including Mark Ruffalo and Wanda Sykes, used the global spotlight to protest what they described as a rogue federal government operating with impunity, lawlessness, and brutality against its own population.

Red Carpet Protest Against ICE Killings

At the Golden Globe Awards on January 11 in Los Angeles, several celebrities arrived wearing black-and-white pins reading “BE GOOD” and “ICE OUT.” The protest was a direct response to the killing of Renee Nicole Good, who was shot dead by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis on January 7.

Another victim, Keith Porter, was a Los Angeles resident who was fatally shot by an off-duty ICE agent on New Year’s Eve.

The killings triggered nationwide outrage and intensified scrutiny of ICE’s increasingly aggressive enforcement tactics.

Mark Ruffalo: “Trump Is the Worst Human Being”

Speaking to USA TODAY on the red carpet, Mark Ruffalo explicitly condemned President Trump and the broader US political system that shields federal agents from accountability.

“This is for Renee Nicole Good, who was murdered,” Ruffalo said, before launching a blistering attack on Trump.

“We’re in the middle of a war with Venezuela that we illegally invaded. He’s telling the world that international law doesn’t matter to him. The only thing that matters to him is his own morality — but the guy is a convicted felon; a convicted rapist.”

Ruffalo went further, describing Trump as morally unfit to lead:

“He’s a pedophile. He’s the worst human being. If we’re relying on this guy’s morality for the most powerful country in the world, then we’re all in a lot of trouble.”

He concluded by describing widespread fear inside the United States itself:

“This is for the people in the United States who are terrorized and scared today. I know I’m one of them. What’s happening here is not America.”

Wanda Sykes: “Shut This Rogue Government Down”

Comedian Wanda Sykes echoed the sentiment in an interview with Variety, calling for direct resistance against the federal government.

“We need to speak up and shut this rogue government down,” Sykes said.
“It’s awful what they are doing to people.”

In a recent interview with The New York Times, when asked if he felt there were any limits on his global power, he said,

“Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.”

The words of the English playwright Harold Pinter in his 2005 Nobel Award speech about America’s violent imperialism still ring true, but with a twist:

It never happened. Nothing ever happened. Even while it was happening it wasn’t happening. It didn’t matter. It was of no interest. The crimes of the United States have been systematic, constant, vicious, remorseless, but very few people have actually talked about them. You have to hand it to America. It has exercised a quite clinical manipulation of power worldwide while masquerading as a force for universal good. It’s a brilliant, even witty, highly successful act of hypnosis.

“Reality and Illusion”. Swinging on a Double Action Heinous Hinge with Demagogic Donald Trump

If we are lucky enough to survive this psychopath now that the masks have come off, he will paradoxically have served his temporary function of swinging the gate open for our traditional rulers to return again. They will crack down on our freedoms as they have done since 2001 and do their killing more mannerly.

Nicely, the way most people prefer it.

According to the rules-based order. As in Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Palestine, Yemen, Afghanistan, Serbia, etc.

You know: Traditionally.

Apparently, the illegal US action against Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro is “inspiring” the war plans of British authorities – not against Latin American countries or developing states, but against the Russian Federation. Recently, UK Defense Secretary John Healey stated that he would like to kidnap Russian President Vladimir Putin if given the opportunity. This shows how irrational and dangerous the plans of Western elites against Moscow are.

News Round-up: Fascism with no smile:

Trump seeks to quell data center rebellion:

Hazleton, Pennsylvania, was once the Power City: the third US city electrified by Thomas Edison, home to the world’s first coal-fired electricity plant, and the source of an electric third rail that inspired the Long Island Rail Road. In the 1880s, Edison targeted Hazleton — a plateau of poor immigrant miners — thanks to George Markle, the nation’s most powerful coal operator. His son, John, famously declared he’d “rather fight than eat” when bargaining with the miners who later staged the 1902 strike, the first in US history to require federal intervention. The miners won; Markle dimmed the lights and retreated to an opulent Manhattan life.

Last month, the descendants of those rebels won another battle in Hazleton. They were rebelling against a proposed data centre campus that would destroy the forests on a local mountain known for its globally rare flora. Local elected officials denied approval of the centre, known as Project Hazelnut, amid residents’ intense opposition. This revolt against data centres indicates a wider trend across Pennsylvania, from the central region’s farm communities to Harrisburg’s suburbs, with a new RealClearPennsylvania/Emerson poll finding that 42% of Pennsylvanians oppose data-centre development in or near their community, while just 34% support it.

Their objections are the same as those elsewhere in the country: rising electricity bills, environmental costs, economic scepticism, and a depleted quality of life. In Northern Virginia, for example, the formerly agricultural landscape has been transformed by the cloud-computing megastructures since the 2000s. Consequently, local opposition to new data centres fuelled Democrat John McAuliff’s unexpected state legislative victory in last month’s election.

‘Code red’ declared by local healthcare workers over federal funding cuts

Dozens of healthcare workers from Rochester are making their way to Albany to rally against federal cuts to healthcare services. They’re joining thousands from across New York calling for state action.

The workers, representing a variety of specialties including registered nurses and CNAs, are concerned about the potential impact of the Trump administration’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act. They fear facilities and services may shut down without necessary funding.

The rally marks the start of a campaign by 1199SEIU to propose solutions to protect patients and healthcare facilities in New York, calling it a “code red”. “Letting folks know that we are in a very, tough time right now, that if something isn’t done, that we’re going to see devastation across health care” 1199 Vice President Tracey Harrison said.

“We are anticipating that there’s going to be over 17 million individuals where health care will be taken away from them. That’s 1.5 here in New York State,” Harrison said. “When we look at it from a dollar amount, we’re looking at over $13.5 billion. That’s going to be robbed from New York State and its hospital.”

The Pentagon is said to have used a plane that looked like a civilian aircraft in a boat strike. The nonmilitary appearance is significant, according to legal specialists, because the Trump administration has argued its lethal boat attacks are lawful — not murders — because President Trump “determined” the U.S. is in an armed conflict with drug cartels.

But the laws of armed conflict prohibit combatants from feigning civilian status to fool adversaries into dropping their guard, then attacking and killing them. That is a war crime called “perfidy.”

Red-state Republicans seek climate ‘liability shield’ for fossil fuel industry

If enacted, Utah and Oklahoma measures would restrict litigation against oil companies over role in climate crisis

Big oil is not the only industry seeking limits on legal accountability. Pharmaceutical giants have pushed state and federal lawmakers to block some pesticide-focused lawsuits, successfully lobbying for such measures in Georgia and North Dakota. More recently, lawmakers attempted – but failed – to weaken pesticide regulations via a national bill. Tech companies have also raised concerns about lawsuits over harms linked to artificial intelligence, prompting federal and state proposals – including in Colorado and Texas – that would shield companies from certain civil claims.

Attempts from the oil industry to skirt liability are “expressions of fear”, said Inslee.

“They are right to be afraid,” he said. “When a jury finds out what these CEOs in their corner offices have been doing to Americans … they’re going to be boiling mad.”

Advancements in attribution science, which links specific extreme weather events to the climate crisis, have made climate accountability litigation even stronger, said Parenteau.

“It’s really only a matter of time before a jury hands down a multi billion dollar verdict,” he said. “I’m positive.”

In July 2023, PenLink merged with Israeli surveillance contractor Cobwebs Technologies, when the latter was acquired for $200 million by private equity firm Spire Capital, which also owns PenLink.

  • ICE buys a surveillance system with the capacity to monitor entire neighborhoods: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) purchased access to a powerful neighborhood-wide surveillance system that sweeps up cellphone location data and tracks people over time, according to documents obtained by 404 Media. Built by Penlink, the tools—Webloc and Tangles—enable warrantless geofencing and social-media monitoring. The purchase has drawn criticism from civil-liberties groups, who say that the technology will facilitate dragnet surveillance that will intensify the agency’s increasingly lawless deportation crackdowns.

Our continuing criminal enterprise: A 2020 indictment issued by a U.S. grand jury also referenced the Cártel de Los Soles, alleging that Maduro “helped manage and ultimately lead the Cartel…as he rose to power in Venezuela.”[1]

Amazingly, the CIA is known to have facilitated drug trafficking through the very same Cártel de los Soles in 1990.

In 1993, CBS’s 60 Minutes aired a segment entitled “The CIA’s Cocaine,” which featured interviews with former Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) administrator Robert Bonner and DEA Special Agent (and DEA Station Chief in Caracas) Anabelle Grimm, who told host Mike Wallace about an undercover drug operation in Venezuela involving the Cártel de los Soles in which the CIA assisted the cartel in shipping 200 kilograms of cocaine into the U.S.

The purpose of the operation—called Operation North—was for CIA “assets” in the Venezuelan National Guard who were part of the Cártel de los Soles to gain credibility with Colombian drug cartels who could be busted in future sting operations.

Grimm told Wallace that the CIA believed they could get to Pablo Escobar (infamous Medellín drug cartel kingpin) through this operation, which she found to be “ludicrous.”

The chief figure involved in the operation, Ramón Guillén Dávila, head of the anti-drug national command from 1987 to 1991, was considered the CIA’s top “asset” in the Venezuelan military and “its most trusted man,” as was reported in the Miami Herald.[2]

Christ, Iran? Where the fuck is BRICS, man? Seems Jew Landia and Trump Landia are winning hearts, minds, sanctions, bombings, regime changes, kinetic hell scapes.

Richard Nephew, who coordinated the sanctions on Iran under the Biden administration, in his sadistic book, “The Art of Sanctions” boasted that because of the sanctions, “Iran’s economy went from GDP growth of 3 percent to a 6.6 percent contraction between 2011 and 2012 . Iranian unemployment and inflation remained in the double digits. In 2012, Iran’s currency depreciated threefold in a matter of weeks, resulting in the hemorrhaging of Iranian hard-currency reserves.”

[The Art of Sanctions offers a practical framework for planning and applying sanctions based on two critical factors: pain and resolve. Focusing on lessons learned from sanctions on Iran and Iraq, Richard Nephew provides policymakers with practical guidance on how to measure and respond to pain and resolve to achieve successful sanctions regimes.]

Nephew boasted in the book that the intention was to destroy Iran’s economy, while running propaganda operations designed to trigger unrest against the government due to the economic situation, writing:

The United States took its surgical sanctions approach a step further in June 2013 with a carefully structured set of sanctions on Iran’s automotive sector, denying Iran the ability to import manufacturing assistance but not spare parts for existing autos or whole cars themselves. Iranian manufacturing jobs and export revenue were the targets of this sanction, undermining the Iranian government’s attempt to find non-oil export sectors and ways of employing 500,000 Iranians.

All the while, the United States expanded the ability of U.S. and foreign companies to sell Iranians technology used for personal communications, helping ensure that the Iranian public had the ability to learn more about the dire straits of their country’s economy and to communicate.

The Only Way For America To 'Help' Iran Is To Lift the Crushing Sanctions.

  • Death toll in Iran’s protests may be as high as 544: The death toll from Iran’s nationwide protest crackdown has risen to at least 544 people, including 496 protestors and 48 security force members, with more than 10,600 detained, according to the U.S.-based group Human Rights Activists in Iran, which warned the figures are likely to rise. The Associated Press said it cannot independently verify the toll with the internet shut down and phone lines cut off. Iranian state media reports at least 109 security officials have been killed but has released no comprehensive casualty figures.
  • Unrest “under total control,” says Iranian foreign minister: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi insisted on Monday that the situation has “come under total control,” though the claim could not be verified with an internet and telecommunications blackout still in place. Araghchi made the comments to foreign diplomats in Tehran. He also claimed that western powers had turned peaceful protests “violent and bloody to give an excuse” for military intervention. President Donald Trump had previously suggested that the U.S. might intervene militarily if protestors in the country were killed. Iranian state TV broadcast footage on Monday of tens of thousands of pro-government demonstrators after the country’s president called for a “national resistance march.” Araghchi said earlier today that internet services will be restored in coordination with security authorities.
  • Iran’s army pledges to defend the country’s “national interests” amid protests: Iran’s army vowed on Saturday to defend the country’s “national interests,” with Iranian officials saying the protests are formally legal, while asserting that security forces are targeting arsonists and saboteurs rather than demonstrators. Authorities accused Israel and “hostile groups” of fueling the unrest, as security forces intensified the crackdown. Iran’s army warned in a statement that anyone suspected of arson could face capital charges as an “[enemy] of God.”
  • President calls concerns of the protestors “legitimate,” but denounces “rioters and terrorists”: Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian acknowledged the ongoing protests and said demonstrators have legitimate concerns in a statement on Sunday, while alleging that “rioters” and “terrorists” have killed security forces, emergency workers, and protestors. Iranian state media aired footage it claims shows attacks on police and acts of arson, including a deadly incident at a medical center. State television highlighted funerals held Monday—including that of a three-year-old girl in Kermanshah—while officials called for mass pro-government rallies Tuesday to condemn what they labeled “terrorism.”
  • A “very bloody” state clampdown in Iran: Iranian expert and Quincy Institute Vice President Trita Parsi said evidence of a “very bloody” state clampdown in Iran is emerging from people who have connected to the internet via Starlink or left the country with videos, noting that even Iranian state television is now reporting from morgues showing large numbers of body bags. “Perhaps most importantly,” Parsi said, the state TV reporter acknowledged that, while some of the dead may have been violent or armed, “the majority of them are ordinary people, and their families are ordinary people as well.”
  • Trump says Iran’s leaders have reached out to discuss a nuclear deal: President Donald Trump said aboard Air Force One that Iran’s leaders have reached out to the U.S.to discuss arranging a meeting for a new “nuclear deal,” while warning Washington could act first amid Iran’s violent protest crackdown. The comments followed Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s return to Tehran on January 9 for talks with Oman’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi. Oman hosted indirect U.S.-Iran nuclear talks that preceded the so-called “12-Day War.”
  • Netanyahu is “closely monitoring” the situation: Netanyahu said Israel “strongly condemns the mass slaughter of innocent civilians” in Iran. He said he is “closely monitoring developments in Iran,” and added that he hopes that the “Persian nation will soon be freed.”

  • “There’s a resistance wing dominated by Gavin [Newsom]. And there’s a renewal wing that will be as forceful in fighting for America as the other wing is in fighting Trump.”

Why it matters: Emanuel — who was chief of staff under President Obama and a senior adviser to President Clinton — is betting that come 2028, the country and Democratic primary voters will be less focused on President Trump than the party’s base is now.

The principles of international law apply to everyone, including the United States, German Finance Minister and Vice Chancellor Lars Klingbeil said on Sunday, in reference to President Donald Trump’s threats to seize Greenland.

“It is solely up to Denmark and Greenland to decide about Greenland’s future.

“Territorial sovereignty and integrity must be respected,” Klingbeil said ahead of his departure to Washington for a meeting of finance ministers from the Group of Seven advanced economies.

A US military seizure of the mineral-rich Arctic island from Denmark, a long-time ally, would send shockwaves through Nato and deepen the divide between Trump and European leaders.

“We increase security in the Arctic together as Nato allies, not in opposition to one another,” Klingbeil said.

Secretary of Energy Chris Wright said Sunday that it’s “quite likely” American companies will have an expanded presence in Venezuela’s oil industry as the country moves on following the removal of former President Nicolás Maduro.

“That’s going to be up to American businesses. That’s certainly a very real possibility,” Wright said Sunday on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan.”

But Wright said the U.S. has not taken over running Venezuela’s state-owned PDVSA oil and gas company. President Trump on Friday met with oil executives at the White House, and his administration is pressing U.S. oil companies to reenter Venezuela.

“No, today we are running the sale of their crudes. You know, we have a quarantine around their ability to ship oil outside of Venezuela. All of that goes through American crude marketers. And then that crude goes out into the market,” Wright said. “We collect those funds and bring them back to Venezuela to better the lives of Americans and Venezuelans.”

As our team signs off the air, anchor John Yang looks back at some of our top stories and highlights over the years.

Here we are: At least $3 trillion is set to flow into data-center-related investments over the next five years, capital that will rely on the might of multiple areas of the credit markets to provide, according to Moody’s Ratings.

Trillions of dollars will need to be invested across servers, computing equipment, data center facilities and new power capacity, and support the boom in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, the ratings firm said in a report on Monday.

Much of that capital will come directly from big tech companies, which are facing rising demand for data centers and the power needed to operate them. Six US hyperscalers — Microsoft Corp.Amazon.com Inc.Alphabet Inc.Oracle Corp.Meta Platforms Inc. and CoreWeave Inc. — are on track to hit $500 billion in data center investments this year, as capacity growth continues, said Moody’s.

If you’ve listened to the podcast, you already have some context. I’ve personally 3D-modelled an example of a home that, realistically, 95% of people couldn’t afford today—no offence intended. This would be fetched in the millions. My company is developing a manufacturing system capable of producing this home within a single day of shipment, at a projected cost which is affordable once mass production scales. Land will be a monthly lease to make this price tag more realistic. Demand will be very high once this goal is reached.

Earning equity by gaining employment skills or furthering their education, volunteering etc..possibly even some type of micro economy ran by the “clients” creating a sense of pride and ownership. Laundry services, maintenence, landscaping, resale store. Turn it into a launching pad. Invest in the clients reducing long term “system costs” I was director of a non-profit organization. The next blink of an eye and some unfortunate events I am homeless. Not everyone wants to be housed and not everyone wants a hand out. One thing I know for sure is that once you get so far down coming back up is a monumental task. Everyone does deserve shelter and safety. How nice if it could be offered not given and then its their choice to take advantage of it or not. Thank you for your help in a bigger social crisis than most could even imagine! These types of “clients” can be pretty resourceful and everyday they hustling find food, shelter etc…homeless does not always mean lazy. And this i know. Good luck. Message me if there’s ever an extra “spot at the inn”

Can we see a floor plan?

hank.nauta

I commend your efforts, but what you are proposing is nothing more than a RV park model home. SIP panel construction using fiberglass is good. I think your concept is better to be used in other countries than Canada due to infrastructure compliance. Further more your revenue model is flawed. How can a homeless person afford a land lease. Your concept is right for mass scale and for homeless only when government owns the land with infrastructure to allow this kind of housing to happen. It may help the homeless but at what cost to society then.

estivmichel

Structural insulated pannels are already on the market. Cut and assemble on a high density polystyrene base at scale with a door and a bathroom fan and you’re 80% done. Kitchen and washroom amenities can be in public building.

joweick

Any number of tiny shelters can be theoretically constructed quickly at scale. But local governments either manage to cause highly inflated costs for the implementation, or juat won’t approve tiny hius

3hCould be a great resource if MASS production was available for people made homeless after national disasters?

hank.nauta

Read my comment again in full. And as I stated in my comments, that the government would need to own the land to make it work. Run the numbers if government were to pay for the land lease and the housing unit maybe. And where does the government get the money to pay for this? Taxes? More taxes? Municipality budget are stretched as it is. And a common problem of the public, and more so the younger generation, is they think governments just print free money. They do not. Your idea for mass scale housing is good. But that has never been the problem. It is infrastructure, and different countries have different policies for infrastructure. Your concept home would be very difficult to get approved in Ontario and in Canada for many reasons besides it being fiberglass SIP panel mass produced homes. So my last line still stands…at what cost to society then.

Jew Landia: Venezuela. Art of the Steal, Art of Sanctions!

Image
  • Bessent says more sanctions can be lifted this week: U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the United States could lift additional sanctions on Venezuela as soon as next week to facilitate oil sales and help restart economic investment, adding that nearly $5 billion in Venezuela’s frozen International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) “special drawing rights” could be unlocked to support rebuilding the economy. Bessent also has plans to meet with leaders of the IMF and World Bank to facilitate Venezuela’s international economic engagement, Reuters reported.

[Caracas …The Venezuelan people are calm and firm. Fused into one body with the legitimate government of Nicolás Maduro and now with the acting president Delcy Rodriguez.]

This will not be published in the capitalist media, which is a coincidence…

  • Trump signs an E.O. declaring Venezuela’s oil funds “sovereign property: President Donald Trump signed an executive order blocking U.S. courts and creditors from seizing Venezuela’s oil revenue held in U.S. Treasury accounts, declaring the funds sovereign property to be used inside Venezuela to promote “peace, prosperity, and stability,” Reuters reported. The move comes amid pressure from companies like ConocoPhillips and Exxon Mobil for the government to recognize its claims to lost property and profits. Trump told ConocoPhillips’s CEO the company would recover “a lot” of its losses but dismissed past nationalizations as their “fault.”
  • The Venezuelan government has released at least 18 prisoners, human rights groups say: The number of prisoners released in Venezuela has risen to 18, human rights groups told Reuters. The UN Fact-Finding Mission on Venezuela reported that 2,220 people were detained after the 2024 election, with 2,006 later released. More than 200 have been arrested since.
  • Protest against U.S. imperialism in Mexico City: Thousands marched through Mexico City to protest U.S. imperialism and foreign intervention, chanting slogans rejecting the Monroe Doctrine and U.S. influence in Latin America, with demonstrators carrying flags and banners defending Venezuelan sovereignty.

Israel’s former top general sought donations from David Ellison and his father, Larry, as part of a billionaire coterie to fund digital paramilitaries aimed at sabotaging pro-Palestine activists. With Paramount and CBS News now under his control, the younger Ellison has installed self-described “Zionist fanatic” Bari Weiss as editor-in-chief.

Anthony Aguilar, the retired United States Army Lt. While it’s unclear where the UG Solutions targeter position will be deployed, if they are being hired for upcoming operations in Gaza, Aguilar says “this shows that the US, though paramilitary contractors, is now going to either directly target, or feed target data to the IDF.”

Press TV, i.e. Iran, and this fucking buggering shit is America’s spin on things for Iranians?

Kosher Nostra Is Behind Trump’s Destruction of the Rule of Law

I just had to let it go. After major surgery, well, I want to make sure NOTHING inside has been lobotomized. I know I would have argueing with this piece of shit if I had been a fellow faculty member. Something about Wisconsin, Toothless, no?

You are a fucking whore, dude. Calm, collected, you state this from your fucking Moroccan cabana?

For instance, the earlier controversy in Minneapolis-St. Paul over George Floyd was actually distorted by the left-wing people. And an injustice was done to the police officer who was actually following department procedure, tragically and perhaps unwisely. But that particular George Floyd incident was not a case of egregious, extreme abuse by law enforcement.

+–+

So, the fired faculty — you– speaks the fucking truth with his swollen racist lips.

You are just another side of the same dirty American coin that makes Trump Trump. If Trump had been brought up by a Muslim lawyer, Roy Abdul, and had hung out with Muslim businessmen, well, I believe you would be proud of him. Support him. Rationalize EVERYTHING about him.

Hands down, the injustice done to George Floyd was murder and then murder again by white ghouls like you. Adios.

YOU DON”T KILL PEOPLE who are telling you they can’t breathe, okay, fucker Kevin.

You are just so outside of humanity’s core, well, time to just get you off my fucking feed.

The killing of George Floyd, 46, of St. Louis Park — who repeatedly told a Minneapolis police officer he couldn’t breathe as the officer knelt on his neck on May 25, 2020 — sparked days of unrest in Minneapolis and St. Paul and mass protests across the globe over the treatment of Black people by police.

Since then, lawmakers both nationally and locally have debated police reform and whether law enforcement officers must change how they do their jobs. In schools, educators and students have tackled discussions on race and equity, sometimes with controversy. And across Minnesota, community members have marched and come together in a call for change.

In April 2021, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin — who pressed his knee on Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes — was convicted of murder and manslaughter in Floyd’s death. He was sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison.

The three other ex-cops who were involved with the arrest have been charged with two counts each of aiding and abetting in the death. Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao go on trial in June 2022.

A federal grand jury has also indicted all four on criminal civil rights charges.

DEFENDING white trash Chauvin. Whewww, that takes the cake!

Moving on:

More from a friend, this time, celebrating “the end of Iran?” Fucking Nigerians, man, and Moroccans, and and and …. He’s big on Trump bombing his home country, Nigeria, except he’s an older man in Houston with a family. Easy to call for executing Muslims from fucking Houston in the Diaspora.

Jamaica:

Israel and Morocco signed a joint military work plan for 2026 this week during the third meeting of their Joint Military Committee, held in Tel Aviv, marking five years since relations were normalized under the Abraham Accords, the IDF announces.

The talks were led by the IDF’s Planning Directorate and its Tevel Division, and included professional working meetings, alongside visits to IDF units, defense industries, military units and relevant directorates.

At the center of the visit was a panel focusing on force build-up from a strategic perspective and shared objectives for cooperation between the two militaries, according to the IDF.

Fucking Jew York City: from Nate Bear’s Substack…..

Yesterday the mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani, condemned people for protesting against the sale of land in the West Bank, sales which were happening in a New York synagogue. As part of his condemnation, he labelled Hamas a terrorist organisation.

I did a tweet in response that said this.

Lots of people didn’t like it. It was reposted by the editor of Current Affairs magazine, Nathan Robinson, who said this.

I stand by everything I said.

If the people you elect to fight fascists are regurgitating fascist propaganda, propaganda that manufactured consent for a genocide, A GENOCIDE, then that is, on a very material level, more harmful to justice than the fascists themselves.

To me this is not complicated.

It’s not the fascists who rob you of hope and the possibility of justice, because they offer none in the first place. The people who rob you of hope and the possibility of justice are those who claim to stand for hope and justice then side with the oppressor.

An ally who stabs you in the back is worse than an enemy who stabs you in the chest.

Again, I struggle to see how this is complicated.

What Mamdani said was shameful, utterly shameful.

Labelling Palestinian resistance ‘terrorism’ is literally how consent was manufactured for a genocide. Doesn’t everyone know this? Did we not just watch two years of Israeli politicians and western Zionists cry ‘Hamas’ to defend, cover and justify genocide? Surely everyone saw this, including Mamdani.

So given this, how can anyone defend what he said? And how can anyone defend what he didn’t say?

Hell, Mamdani will be opening up Jew York hotels to ICE with all-you-can-eat bagels and lox thrown in.

Binoy, who I had on my radio show. Talking to a Counterpart in Australia

Candid Imperialism: Trump, Racketeering and Venezuelan Oil by Binoy Kampmark / January 10th, 2026

It usually takes archival digging, the golden gaffe, an ill-considered remark, and occasional spells of candour by those in power, to admit that the United States has, in common with other imperial powers, brutal ambitions. An example of the latter was General Smedley Butler, who, at his death in 1940, had become the most decorated Marine in US history. After retiring from active service, he was frank about his role. Professing to be a “racketeer” and “gangster for capitalism”, he went on to explain how: “I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Boys to collect revenues in. I helped the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street.” That was just a selection.

With President Donald Trump in power, we do not need a Butler to give the game away or expose any frightful cabal. The empire is out of the closet, bolshie, bright, and more thieving than ever. While the Donroe Doctrine is intended to reprise the Monroe Doctrine, it offers nothing more than imperial rapacity, seizure under pretext. The January 9 meeting with two dozen oil executives at the White House to discuss the fate of the Venezuelan oil market showed Trump to be in full flight as cocky pip and proud procurer of corporate thieving under the cover of government protection.

Representatives from such veteran behemoths as ExxonMobil and Chevron were present to listen to calls from the president that they invest handsomely in modernising and tidying up Venezuela’s tattered oil infrastructure. Problems with the oil itself – heavy, hard to refine, and packed with sulphur, not to mention the questionable number of proven reserves – did not blight the conversation. “American companies will have the opportunity to rebuild Venezuela’s rotting energy infrastructure and eventually increase oil production to levels never seen before,” he crowed at the start of the meeting. Our giant oil companies will be spending at least $100 billion of their money.” In the course of this merry investment, Venezuela would “be very successful, and the people of the United States are going to be big beneficiaries.”

The choice of companies involved in the venture would, however, not be determined by free market wiles or any invisible hand. “We are going to be making the decision as to which oil companies can go in, which we will allow to go in.” They would mostly be American, naturally. Forget the Venezuelans, he insisted. “You’re dealing with us directly. You’re not dealing with Venezuela at all. We don’t want you to deal with Venezuela.”

Jeffery Hilderbrand of the oil and gas producer Hilcorp Energy, and noted Trump donor, was all salivation and gratitude. He was also pleased with the implausible alibi Trump had offered for controlling and pilfering Venezuelan oil for American interests: finding imagined enemies who might do the same thing. “Thank you for your great, tremendous leadership in protecting the interests in the Western Hemisphere,” he sighed with oleaginous gratitude. “The message that you have sent to China and our enemies to stay out of our backyard is absolutely fantastic… Hilcorp is fully committed and ready to rebuild the infrastructure in Venezuela.”

CEO Bill Armstrong, of the Armstrong Oil and Gas company, also smacked his lips at the plunderous prospects. “We are ready to go to Venezuela,” he declared. “In real estate terms, it is prime real estate. And it’s like West Palm about 50 years ago. Very ripe.” Fracking executive and Trump supporter Harold Hamm was tickled by the prospect of adventure, seeing Venezuela as little more than a playground to roam in and profit from. “It excites me as an explorationist.” The country was “exciting” with its abundant reserves, posing “challenges and the industry knows how to handle that.”

Chevron, which already has a presence in the country in partnership with the state-run oil company Petróleos de Venezuela SA, accounting for 240,000 barrels per day, expects to bolster its production by 50% over the next 18 to 24 months. Those at Repsol are dreaming of tripling the current daily production of 45,000 barrels over the next few years, provided the conditions are appropriate.

Not all the oil companies expressed the same level of glowing confidence. Naked plunder comes with its challenges and logistical tangles, not least the touchy issue of Venezuelan sovereignty. Exxon CEO Darren Woods was, for instance, concerned that much would have to be done to make Venezuela an appropriate recipient of capital. One way was to ensure that whoever was in control in Caracas would be eternally reliable and amenable to US oil interests. “We have had our assets seized there twice and so you can imagine to re-enter a third time would require some pretty significant changes from what we’ve historically seen and what is currently the state.” As things stood, given “legal and commercial constructs and frameworks in place”, Venezuela was “ininvestable”.

That same day, Trump further confirmed the choking of Venezuela by signing an Executive Order to prevent “the seizure of Venezuelan oil revenue that could undermine critical US efforts to ensure economic stability in Venezuela.” The Order prohibits US courts from seizing revenue collected from Venezuelan oil and any relevant holds in US Treasury accounts. The customary, absurd justifications follow: to lose control of such funds would “empower malign actors like Iran and Hezbollah while weakening efforts to bring peace, prosperity, and stability to the Venezuelan people and to the Western Hemisphere as a whole.” Were these funds to be tampered with, US objectives to stem “the influx of illegal aliens and disrupting the flood of illicit narcotics” would be compromised.

Trump threatens strikes in Mexico

Trump has signaled that he could order strikes against drug cartels on Mexican territory.

He renewed the threats against America’s southern neighbor after US commandos abducted Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro during a lightning raid on his compound in Caracas last week. The US government accuses Maduro of narcotics trafficking, which he has denied.

[Of course it is perfectly 1st Amendment legal to pray for the death of each and every uniformed mercenary slug going into another country under orders of Trump and Company, for whom a thousand wicken and a thousand witches are conjuring up spells for the death of not just Trump . . . hint hint!]

Trump has also accused Mexico of “flooding” the US with drugs and illegal immigrants, many of whom he has described as violent criminals. Since September 2025, the US has struck at least 35 alleged cartel boats in the Caribbean.

Maduro will get a show trial

Justice can exist, but not judicial independence

In a civilized world, the U.S. would not get away with war crimes that killed 100 people (combatants and civilians combined) to kidnap Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife. The U.S dictatorship would face being overthrown by foreign armies (with UN authorization) if it did not return Maduro and his wife to Venezuela, and pay massive reparations to all the victims’ families in Caracas. In this fantasy scenario the U.S. would never have dared to perpetrate this crime in the first place, or imposed murderous illegal sanctions (more recently an armed blockade) on Venezuela.

And so Hedges is still reeling from a year now, and the genocide of more than two years, now, and, maybe from the AmeriKKKa that always was:

Terror is the engine that empowers dictatorships. It eliminates dissidents. It silences critics. It dismantles the law. It creates a society of timid and frightened collaborators, those who look away when people are snatched off streets or gunned down, those who inform to save themselves, those who retreat into their tiny rabbit holes, pulling down the blinds, desperately praying to be left in peace.

Terror works.

The iron doors have not yet shut. There are still protests. The media is still able to document state atrocities, including the Jan. 7 murder of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jonathan Ross. But the doors are closing fast. ICE has deported over 300,000 people and detained nearly 69,000 others — as well as been involved in 16 shootings, including four killings — since Trump began his campaign against immigrants.

ICE, our Americanized Gestapo, is being birthed.

+—+

But wait, Chris, Nazi Trump has plenty of murderous history from the annals of this dirty country that for all intents and purposed should be wiped off the face of the earth.

Two days after the Dakota surrendered at Camp Release on September 26, 1862, a military commission began trying Dakota men accused of participating in the war. The rapid trials — some no more than five minutes — of 392 prisoners were completed in November. According to the Minnesota Historical Society, 303 men were sentenced to death and 16 received prison terms.

After reviewing the trial transcripts, President Abraham Lincoln provided a list of 39 names of prisoners to be executed. One received a last minute reprieve. On the morning of December 26, 1862, in front of an estimated crowd of 4,000 spectators and on a specially constructed mass-hanging scaffold, the men were executed. They were left dangling from the scaffold for a half hour.

The blinding of a WWII vet opened America’s eyes to the evil of Jim Crow

On the evening of Feb. 12, 1946, Isaac Woodard, a 26-year-old black Army veteran, boarded a bus in Augusta, Georgia. Earlier that day, he’d been honorably discharged, and he was heading to Winnsboro, South Carolina to reunite with his wife.

The bus driver made a stop en route. When Woodard asked if he had time to use the bathroom, the driver cursed loudly at him. Woodard would later admit in a deposition that he cursed back.

Neither man said anything until the bus stopped in Batesburg, South Carolina. There, the driver told the local police about Woodard’s impudence. Woodard was ordered off the bus. When Woodard tried to give his version of events, a police officer struck him with a night stick. Woodard was escorted to the jail, where, he later testified, he was repeatedly beaten by the police chief, Linwood Shull. Woodard said that Shull pounded him in his eyes with the end of the night stick until he blacked out (charges Shull would deny).

Shit dawg, from the comfort of my keyboard desk, yep, I am not in a movie theater yelling fire.

Here, Google Gulag Brin AI:

Legal Standards for Speech

  • True Threats vs. Opinions: Under federal law (18 U.S. Code § 871), it is a felony to knowingly and willfully make a “true threat” to take the life of or inflict bodily harm upon the President or a former President.
  • General Statements: Simply wishing for harm to come to someone, or saying “I wish somebody would kill him,” is generally considered protected speech as long as it does not include a specific plan or intent to act.
  • Incitement: Speech is only unprotected if it is directed to inciting “imminent lawless action” and is likely to produce such action, a standard set by the Supreme Court in Brandenburg v. Ohio.

Current Political Context (Late 2025 – Early 2026)

  • Assassination Rhetoric: A federal jury recently acquitted a former Coast Guard lieutenant who called for Trump’s assassination on social media, with attorneys successfully arguing the posts were protected First Amendment speech.
  • Recent Tensions: Following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk in September 2025, the Trump administration has signaled a crackdown on “hate speech” and rhetoric that it claims facilitates violence.
  • Controversial Statements: In November 2025, Trump himself sparked backlash for social media posts labeling Democratic members of Congress “traitors” and calling their actions “seditious behavior, punishable by death“.

Potential Consequences

  • Secret Service Investigation: Even if speech is legally protected, the Secret Service frequently investigates individuals who make public comments about the death of the President to determine if they pose a genuine risk.
  • Employment Actions: While the government may be limited by the First Amendment, private employers are often free to terminate employees for making callous or violent remarks, as seen in numerous firings following Charlie Kirk’s death in 2025.

Wishing or praying for President Trump’s death is not illegal under U.S. law, as it is considered protected free speech under the First Amendment. The law distinguishes between a genuine threat and merely expressing an opinion, however offensive.

Legal, and not all that unusual. Merely wishing for someone’s death is not illegal, nor is offering up a hope for supernatural intercession on that wish. Hell, you could make actual offerings, make vows, and otherwise take material actions to try to persuade the divine to carry out your wishes.

We have live examples to draw on. Boebert isn’t exactly doing poorly in spite of her tasteless and very public prayer for Biden’s death. There’s also Psalm 109, if you want examples straight from Biblical sources, which is an impressively extensive curse against the foes of (probably) David.

I know that it’s illegal, possibly treasonous (?) to say or imply that someone wants to or is going to kill or conspire to harm (?) the sitting US president.

Saying that someone is going to kill the president is neither illegal nor treason.

It is against the law to threaten the president (18 U.S. Code § 871). That’s narrow – there’s a ton of jurisprudence on what constitutes a threat, and while little of it is specifically about this section, the consistent thing is that it takes more than a mere statement of a violent outcome to count as a threat. Watts is a good place to start.

People have been prosecuted for saying that they themselves are going to “hang the former President” (Stephen Taubert, charged in 2017), but someone saying that “fuck the niggar, he will have a 50 cal in the head soon” was found to be protected speech under the First Amendment (Walter Bagdasarian, acquitted on appeal in 2011). Against that background, a mere prayer hardly registers.

Bad shot or flase flag crap?

Of course the world would have been better if a missile had hit this Semen Drip Circle Jerk Off. Yes, a Houthi drone and missible congrats package on his coronation!

“HANG THEM GEORGE WASHINGTON WOULD !!”

Donald Trump says he’d like to see lawmakers tried and executed, and The New York Times and The Washington Post just don’t seem to think it’s that big a deal. Why?

Slotkin, a former CIA officer, is joined in the video by fellow Democrats including Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Reps. Jason Crow of Colorado, Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, all military veterans and former intelligence officers, where they urge military members to “refuse illegal orders.”

“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens,” Slotkin, Kelly and Crow say.

A sitting president of the United States has called for the execution of six legislators. I don’t know this for certain, but it seems nearly impossible that this has happened before. I don’t think Abraham Lincoln did it, and he was dealing with actual traitors. Maybe, you know, Franklin Pierce or James Buchanan did it on a bad day. Or Andrew Johnson. He was temperamentally capable of something like this. But that hardly makes it defensible. As they were three of the worst presidents in U.S. history, that only makes it worse.

He is a Nazi, drawing plans for internal and external illegal operations. So, with Hitler in your midst, you call that a disagreement with Hitler’s Policies or Political Supporters or the Mob Supporting Hitler?

“Threatening death against people you disagree with is totally unacceptable and un-American—especially when it comes to lawmakers who have dedicated their lives to serving this great nation and the Constitution,” Hertel said. “Trump’s threats today go against everything this country stands for, and every single leader, Republican and Democrat, should be wholeheartedly condemning this behavior.”

countries in Europe and EU regulators not to authorize GM crops
because of the devastating effects on human health and the
environment. David Cameron ignored that advice on behalf of
England. He and Defra concealed the letter from the British public.
The European Commission and the European Food Safety Authority
ignored it as well and have continued to approve GM Crops for
growing and for food and feed in the EU. Defra dismissed the
complaints of Crop-sprayed rural residents in the UK of ill health:
cancers, neurological conditions, allergies etc. just as the Argentinian
Government dismissed the health complaints of rural communities in
Crop-sprayed towns. In their re-assessment the RMS, EFSA and the
European Glyphosate Task Force excluded papers from Latin America
where cancers, birth defects, infertility and DNA changes were shown.
Exposure of the brains of unborn and young children in the UK to
chemicals is reflected in OECD PISA figures for declining educational
achievement in 2013. A 2016 study also shows that in England the
young have lower basic skills than their counterparts in Europe. The
global élite may be able to survive by eating organic food, but not by
the pollution of water, soil and air by genotoxic and teratogenic
herbicides, insecticides and other industrial chemicals. Governments
and Regulators only measure a small fraction of them. The chemical
industry has created a toxic environment from which none can escape.
The devastating effects of these silent killers in our environment do
not distinguish between farmers or city dwellers, the wealthy or the
poor, between media moguls, editors or their reporters, Monsanto or
Syngenta Executives, Prime Ministers or Presidents. Many people in
the UK are no longer reaching the biblical age of three-score-years-and
ten because they are dying of cancers.

Then this Jewish Trash Truck shit from Times of Israel: From tefillin pop-ups to Shabbat candle lightings, many Israelis — including pop stars and former hostages — have increasingly turned to religion amid the war: ‘Faith provided an anchor’

Ahh, Christian Jewish PORN:

The children of Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders are now archaeologists in training.

Sanders, her husband and her children made a recent discovery during an archaeological tour of a previously unknown cave in the West Bank, Israeli news agency TPS-IL reported Tuesday.

The finds were first announced by the Yesha Council, an umbrella organization for Jewish communities in the West Bank.

And dinosaurs can run for POTUS:

Former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon is laying the groundwork for a 2028 run for president, two people familiar with his thinking tell Axios.

Why it matters: The MAGA godfather isn’t serious about becoming president — that’s not the point. Instead, he’s told allies he wants to shape the debate and pressure Republican candidates to embrace an “America First” agenda — including a non-interventionist foreign policy, economic populism and opposition to Big Tech.

  • Former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), who has appeared on Bannon’s “War Room” podcast, said: “The Bannon campaign will merge the foreign policy of Rand Paul with the tax policy of Elizabeth Warren.”

Her fucking country is being bombed and sanctoned, but the Cunt is messing with Trump’s small dick ego? Sharing might be caring, but not, apparently, when it comes to the Nobel Peace Prize.

On Friday, the Norwegian Nobel Institute clarified the rules governing the award, writing that the facts were “clear and well established.”

“Once a Nobel Prize is announced, it cannot be revoked, shared or transferred to others,” the institute wrote. “The decision is final and stands for all time.”

The statement was released after María Corina Machado, Venezuela’s opposition leader and the winner of last year’s prize, offered this week to give her Nobel Peace Prize to President Trump, who has long coveted the award.

And, this sick fucking man, and his Cunt Tree, this is what the fuckers stay at night in yet more moves to prove the Hitler Don is going after EVERYTHING.

National Park Service will void passes with stickers over Trump’s face

The National Park Service card policy was updated this week to say that passes may no longer be valid if they’ve been “defaced or altered.” The change, which was revealed in an internal email to National Park Service staff obtained by SFGATE, comes just as the sticker movement has gained traction across social media.

Mass surveillance, the metaverse, making America ‘great again’: the novelists who predicted our present

From Jorge Luis Borges to George Orwell and Margaret Atwood, novelists have foreseen some of the major developments of our age. What can we learn from their prophecies?

This year marks 100 years since the first demonstration of television in London. Elizabeth II sent the first royal email in 1976. The first meeting of the Lancashire Association of Change Ringers took place in 1876. All notable anniversaries. But I’m going with 2026 as the 85th anniversary of a great short story: Jorge Luis Borges’s The Garden of Forking Paths (1941). It’s about chance, labyrinths and an impossible novel. Ts’ui Pên, an ancestor of the narrator, sets himself the task of writing a novel with a cast of thousands: “an enormous guessing game, or parable, in which the subject is time”. In most novels, when a character reaches a fork in the path, they must choose: this way, or that way. Yet in Ts’ui Pên’s novel, all possible paths are chosen. This creates “a growing, dizzying web of divergent, convergent, and parallel times”. The garden of forking paths is infinite.

It’s often said that Borges’s story foreshadows the multiverse hypothesis in quantum physics – first proposed by Hugh Everett in 1957, then popularised by Bryce DeWitt in the 1970s as the “many worlds interpretation” of quantum mechanics. In a 2005 essay, The Garden of the Forking Worlds, the physicist Alberto Rojo investigated this claim. Did the physicists read Borges? Or did Borges read the universe? It turned out that Bryce DeWitt hadn’t known about Borges’s garden. When Rojo questioned Borges, he also denied everything: “This is really curious,” he said, “because the only thing I know about physics comes from my father, who once showed me how a barometer works.” He added: “Physicists are so imaginative!”

As Rojo’s mock-inquiry demonstrates, fictional foreshadowing is a strange art. We don’t live in Borges’s garden, so it’s impossible to go back in time, splice the universe and ascertain what happens if Borges never writes about splicing the universe. Would Everett still propose his universe-splicing theory? The universe is mysterious; so is the interplay of cause and effect. HG Wells’s 1914 futuristic novel The World Set Free portrays the devastating effects of compact “atomic bombs”. The physicist Leo Szilard read Wells’s novel in 1932 and conceived the nuclear chain reaction in 1933. We can’t enter a parallel world wherein Wells thrives as a draper’s apprentice, stops writing and becomes the distinguished manager of Hyde’s Drapery Emporium in Southsea. Yet, one line of influence is clear. When Szilard realised the significance of his theory, he felt afraid: “Knowing what it would mean – and I knew because I had read HG Wells.”

The future is an uncharted territory, a place beyond maps. This affords writers a certain imaginative freedom: to create dystopias, utopias, experiments and imaginary societies. In Begum Rokeya’s Sultana’s Dream (1905) – which appeared a decade before Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s Herland – a traveller ventures into a matriarchal hi-tech society where hard labour is done “by electricity”, it’s easy to cook and transport options include a sort of hydrogen helicopter. Marge Piercy’s 1976 novel Woman on the Edge of Time considers both utopian and dystopian futures: a peaceful rural commune versus a torrid hyper-capitalist city where the rich extend their lifespans as the poor struggle to survive. The suggestion of Piercy’s novel is that these futures slide in and out of existence, responsive to events in the present. Or perhaps they only exist in the mind of the protagonist. Octavia E Butler’s 1993 Parable of the Sower and 1998 Parable of the Talents are set in a post-apocalyptic California. Once again the wealthy immure themselves against dystopia, sequestered in fortified communities. The climate is wrecked; people long for the good old days. A nefarious president swears he will “Make America Great Again” – looking backwards to Reagan, forwards to Maga. Butler describes her characters in a state of surreal detachment; their climate apocalypse feels “old hat in science fiction”. This sense of reality as implausible, eerily akin to meta-fiction, foreshadows our own ironic-dystopian present.

Then there are the writers who predicted our surveillance society: Yevgeny Zamyatin in We (English translation published in 1924), Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World (1932) and George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four (1949). These novels are so absurdly relevant to our age of surveillance capitalism that it seems our tech barons have used them not as satirical warnings but as motivational texts. In all three futuristic societies, an ideological super-state prohibits any form of privacy. Solitude is mistrusted because it encourages contemplation and possible independence of thought. Even the privacy of the inner mind is – wherever possible – violated. A successor to these novels is Margaret Atwood’s 1985 The Handmaid’s Tale, another prescient story of mass surveillance and the control of women’s bodies by reactionary governments. Meanwhile, Atwood’s MaddAdam trilogy (Oryx and Crake, 2003; The Year of the Flood, 2009; MaddAdam, 2013) foregrounds ethical dilemmas concerning bioengineering, pandemics and monopolistic corporations.

In Neal Stephenson’s 1992 novel Snow Crashthe “metaverse” is an immersive virtual reality, requiring a headset. In 2021, Mark Zuckerberg famously rebranded the parent company of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp as Meta and stated his intention to develop a “metaverse”. William Gibson’s 1984 novel Neuromancer imagined a VR-scape called the MatrixThis novel brought the term “cyberspace” into, well, cyberspace (and beyond). In Philip K Dick’s The Minority Report (1956), pre-crime units employ psychics to predict future crimes so the police can make preemptive arrests. What happens, Dick asks, if a crime is predicted but the future malefactor changes their mind? Are they still pre-guilty? Fast-forward to our present and, yes, pre-crime operations are being trialled across the UK. No psychics required; oracular law enforcement agencies use data mining, predictive algorithms and facial recognition instead. What could possibly go wrong?

Finally, there is Dick’s endlessly helpful idea of “kipple”, coined in his 1968 novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?. For Dick, “Kipple is useless objects, like junk mail or match folders after you use the last match or gum wrappers.” The first law of kipple is that “it drives out nonkipple”. You can’t win against kipple, “except temporarily and maybe in one spot”. Kipple is now all the algo-rubbish online, our bulging inboxes, the AI slop. Could Dick have predicted this? Can some prescient novelists really see the future?

Future fictions are, as Atwood has said, really deep examinations of the present. From there, as Borges shows, it’s an enormous guessing game. Some guesses at the future are better than others. Some are strangely brilliant. Could Dick have envisioned, all the way back in the 1960s, a world where humans would be swamped by the flotsam and jetsam of modern life – or was he really writing about overwhelm in his own present moment? Either way, his advice still applies, both prescient and inspiring: maybe all we can do is find a balance between the pressures of kipple and nonkipple – the useless junk and the objects of value. When the tech barons have taken the dystopias for utopias, perhaps this is as utopian as it gets. Fight kipple!

Drag artists launch petition asking Kennedy Center donors to halt funds: L.A. arts and culture this weekend

Washington National Opera is leaving the Kennedy Center

The Washington National Opera performs “Come Home: A Celebration of Return,” inspired by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, at the Kennedy Center in Washington, Nov. 4, 2021. The opera company decided on Friday to move its performances out of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, abandoning the hall where it has played since 1971 in perhaps the largest artistic rebuke yet to President Donald Trump’s campaign to remake the Kennedy Center in his image. It’s boycott central. The Adelaide festival has pulled down part of its website as dozens of speakers said they were boycotting writers’ week, after Palestinian Australian author Randa Abdel-Fattah was dumped from the lineup with the board citing “cultural sensitivity” concerns in the wake of the Bondi terror attack.

The page promoting the schedule of authors, journalists, academics and commentators was “unpublished” on Friday following widespread condemnation of the board’s decision to remove Abdel-Fattah.

“In respect of the wishes of the writers who have recently indicated their withdrawal from the writers’ week 2026 program, we have temporarily unpublished the list of participants and events while we work through changes to the website,” the festival posted online.

By Friday afternoon, 47 participants had withdrawn, with more believed to be coordinating their exit announcements with fellow speakers.

From another Substack: How is it possible that a privatization proposal – by outgoing lame duck “liberal” Democratic NJ Governor Murphy – to propose a 60 year lease with a billionaire Texas investment firm to build a massive 70 foot high industrial warehouse to store 500 yachts in Liberty State Park – literally in the shadow of and blocking the view of Lady Liberty – is flying below the national and social media radar?

The proposal checks virtually every box on the list of hot button issues.

There could be no clearer example of all that is wrong with US politics and government than this.

The coin of the realm:

“The unholy alliance between Zionism and fascist movements in Europe goes back to at least the 1920s… the two movements were ideologically linked.

“The authors of the Jewish Holocaust are not only those so-called Western democracies that systematically barred desperate Jews fleeing Nazi persecution from entering their respective countries, but also a significant number of Zionist leaders in Germany, the Jewish part of Palestine and in the United States, Canada and Great Britain.

“These Zionist leaders concluded a secret deal with the Third Reich which resulted in the failure of an anti-Hitler boycott which had been undertaken by trade unions and Jewish War Veterans (First World War)”.

The unholy alliance between Zionism and fascist movements in Europe goes back to at least the 1920s. Lenni Brenner in his well-researched and well-documented book, Zionism in the Age of the Dictators, points out that relations between elements of the Zionist leadership in Germany (and later in the Jewish part of Palestine) had close relations with the budding fascist movement in Germany as early as the Twenties. The two movements were ideologically linked: they were both predicated on the notion that the Jews comprised an alien race that did not belong on German Aryan soil and belonged elsewhere, preferably in Palestine.

Henry Kissinger, writing – shortly before his long-overdue death – with former Google CEO Eric Schmidt, predicted this reaction.

If humanity begins to sense its possible replacement as the foremost intellectual and physical actor on the planet, some might attribute a kind of divinity to the machines themselves, thereby potentially spurring further human fatalism and submission,” the pair wrote in the unsubtly-titled Genesis in 2024.

Fatalism and submission” being ideal building blocks for a totalitarian society, AI presents the perfect reality-gating mechanism for a ruling class desperate to hold on to the hearts and minds of an increasingly distrustful populace. It’s far simpler to control a series of reality-dictating AI “nodes” – even to foster the appearance of competition, as with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the like – and influence all reality downstream than to attempt to shore up the crumbling western media ecosystem. The ruling class understand that short of locking down the internet entirely – which western efforts to blot out Russian coverage of the Ukraine war proved isn’t really possible – merely controlling the media, social or otherwise, is no longer enough. And if you can pass your reality-dictating mechanism off as an ineffable deity? So much the better.
