The Oslo Accords were no better. Marketed as a breakthrough, they entrenched occupation through the Area A/B/C divisions and security coordination that disarmed resistance while legitimizing Israeli control. Oslo did not end the occupation — it rebranded it. It created a Palestinian Authority that policed its own people while Israel expanded settlements and deepened its grip.
The Doha strike follows this logic. It is not a deviation from peace — it is the Zionist definition of peace: Palestinian submission, Israeli impunity, and the silencing of resistance.

But when the police stopped their patrols, the sellers, the users, the fentanyl all came back. Those who didn’t return simply scattered to nearby doorways and corners.
Dr. Keith Humphreys of Stanford University, a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences, is considered an expert on addiction. He points to Oregon voters approving Measure 110, decriminalizing possession of small quantities of drugs.
“When polls show the public is against it, police kind of say, ‘Alright, we’re kind of out of this,’” Humphreys told KOIN 6 News. “No matter how this comes out the public is giving us a message to back off. And that is the message police have gotten in Oregon. ‘OK, the public doesn’t want us doing anything about drugs and we got a lot to do, so we’ll do other things.’”
Even though Measure 110 decriminalized drugs, police can issue citations, up to a $100 fine which can be dismissed if the person calls a hotline offering screening and help for drug addiction.
Since Measure 110 took effect in February 2021, police have issued 4451 citations. A majority of people — 3057, or 69% — ignored the ticket, didn’t pay the fine or show up to court. Only 189 who called the hotline completed substance use screening, according to Lines for Life, which operates the hotline.
Solving it?
Oh, the rough street users and sleepers are just the tip of the iceberg. I know medical people, doctors and nurses, who have drug and alcohol and sex addiction problems. And, alas, the busy mind of those high class addicts, including the day and night traders of the world, well, that is an addiction that keeps on giving.

This is taking over the commons, that is, taking over these big fucking properties stolen by the Zuckerbergs and Blackstones of the world.
Many factors mediated the benefits of work on the farm, revealing how agricultural work benefits well-being and how HGP provides an ideal environment for agriculture therapy. The following is a list of the core mediating factors, with the first three being the most impactful:
- Integral part of cultivation: Being involved with the growth of plants developed a reciprocal relationship between participants and nature. One in which the individual and plant provided for each other. This mediated a sense of accomplishment and purpose.
- Staff cultivation of positivity: Staff encouraged a positive environment and relationship with agriculture. Trainees were encouraged in their success as stewards of the farm.
- Acknowledgment of agriculture’s benefits: Although all participants supported agricultural work to benefit their well-being, those that reported the greatest benefits were conscious that agriculture and connecting with nature have the ability to provide ample benefits to their well-being. So next time you are strolling through the forest, in your garden, or on the farm, keep this in mind!
- Agency in enacting positive change: By working at the farm, participants positively impacted the environment and community. As one participant observed, “This place gives people hope and the ability to uplift the individual which uplifts society as a whole.” This experience mediated benefits such as self-confidence, fulfillment, and positive emotions.
- Necessitated teamwork: Agricultural work isn’t easy, efficiency requires teamwork and diverse perspectives. HGP fosters collaboration, boosting social skills and strong social bonds.
- Tangible metaphors and life lessons: The nature of farm work provided a tangible space for participants to process and learn life lessons. Participants described that weeding and nursing plants to health reflected their own journey of personal growth.

Imagine a world where smart cohesive thinkers come together and work with these multimillionaires and get some break on the property and then get a community going there: people who want to learn how to farm-raise animals; how to preserve foods; how to construct tiny homes and microhomes; how to grow food; how to heal; and how to bring together so many types of people who want to heal trauma and get better. I am not just talking about those rough sleepers you might run into, AKA, homeless, many times men of all ages, opting to get off the bureaucratic grid (they too are humans and global citizens, lest we forget). Not just folks who are really down and out, or who just want to be left alone. Although many of those would fit well on a property like this — a river there, ponds, fields, trees, and central outbuildings.

That was August 2021. I have had many intersections with places like that, where there is raw land, established multiple room buildings, with commercial kitchens, and gardens, even equestrian building, rivers and springs, and alas, up for sale, and, in the scheme of capitalism and the end rot of nonprofit do-gooders and the inability to get things going that would actually help people, including adults and families who have faced housing challenges, and then also bringing together students, and retirees, and others to create a triple-healing community where people live, eat, think, create and recreate together, yes, IMPOSSIBLE in capitalism. In a wooded and riverside area, throughout the land, thousands of locales, ready for a new paradigm!
There are literally tens of thousands of opportunities like the one listed above, and also that 395-acre ranch Duffy has put on the market.
In capitalism, using county coding as a blunt anti-do hammer, in the scheme of things, getting anything this creative off the ground is almost impossible. You know, getting maybe art students and social worker majors, journalism majors, filmmakers, construction and engineering students, nursing students and others out there to do these in situ with the very people and situations they may have studied.
Encampments, visiting elders programs, and permanent housing in the form of tiny homes, with tons of support, tons of community connectivity, and then, of course, mental and physical health practitioners, nurtritionists, farmers, and construction gurus on the spot assisting people to learn how to do for themselves.
The template is easy to produce, and that letter I wrote to Jeff Bezos’s ex, MacKenzie Scott Tuttle, in reference to another property for sale in Oregon, 200 acres, for $7 million.
