The aftermath of the revolution in Syria is proving every bit as chaotic as some of us predicted. Israel has bombed Syria well over 500 times since its ally HTS took charge of the country. One of the bombed sites was close to Russia’s naval base at Tartus, described as Russia’s only access point to the Mediterranean. There are even reports that Israel has struck Russia’s abandoned T-4 airfield in Syria. It’s easy to see how things might escalate if Israel doesn’t start behaving.
One of the blasts near Tartus was so big, it looked like a nuke had been detonated. It was detected 820km away in western Turkey, where it registered 3.1 on the Richter scale. Unsurprisingly, Israel’s HTS allies are losing patience with the people who helped them capture a country.

It’s not hard to understand why the 80% of the Christian population who fled Syria due to al-Golani’s brutality are nervous about coming home.
Western journalists have even been asking Syrian rebels to take off their ISIS patches for interviews so it doesn’t look bad. This is rather odd, given we’re told that HTS and ISIS are enemies, and the US has been bombing ISIS to protect Syrians.

The United Nations General Assembly will this week adopt the UN Cybercrime Treaty, with the US expected to be among the countries that support the controversial document.
Opponents will then have to hope that various UN member-states would eventually opt not to sign and ratify the treaty, which has variously been described as “flawed” and all the way to being “a threat to free speech and privacy” and a tool for “transnational oppression.”
Among those opponents are human rights and media organizations, as well as tech companies, while doubts have been expressed even by the UN High Commissioner for human rights, among others.
Jew York Times: A key source named by The New York Times as an expert helping to verify the authenticity of internal Hamas documents in a major report in October told Drop Site News he had raised concerns about the veracity of the documents in his interviews with the Times. Israel provided the paper with alleged Hamas meeting minutes as part of its campaign to directly link Iran to the planning of the October 7 attacks.
Salah al-Din al-Awawdeh, whom the paper described as “a Hamas member and a former fighter in its military wing who is now an analyst based in Istanbul,” said a Times reporter only permitted him to review one page of the 30 pages of documents the Times asked him to verify. Al-Awawdeh, according to WhatsApp messages seen by Drop Site News, told a Times reporter that without seeing more of the document “it is hard to judge” its authenticity.

The supply line to Hezbollah has for now been severed, the Syrian State is currently fractured and loses more land to the Zionist regime daily, while the Israelis eye West Bank annexation and continue to pulverise what infrastructure remains in the Gaza Strip.
